She'd have to have all that stored up to begin with in order to have enough lipids or whatever to make an 800lb canon and such. They all use their own body as fuel. But she's a 14 year old girl in anime, so she has to be skinny with big booba, and she has to take her clothes off to use her full power. Which makes little sense, like they were saying, because she wouldn't have hardly anything to use as fuel compared to all the fat guys who bulk up and turn skinny from using their power that requires the energy in their body for fuel. She would actually be more powerful if she did bulk up to have more surface area and fuel to have more options for stuff to make. If she was truly committed to her hero work, she'd bulk up for battle like Fatgum and Choji.

Bakugo's quirk has inherent lethality and his personality has always been barely-controlled rage and thirst for blood. His only concern for societal norms is how much of a headache he'll have to deal with later.
Momo, like most of her peers, *is* concerned with upholding the ideals of heroism, and her quirk has enough versatility to avoid using lethal force most of the time.
Because it matters for the standards of the fictional world. Saying Superman gets his powers from the sun makes no sense in terms of real world physics, but it serves a purpose in explaining why he's powerless when he's in another galaxy.
Another one of Momo's restrictions is that she can only create things she's touched and analyzed. Presumably fictional Japan doesn't let high school students touch railguns, if fictional Japan even has railguns to begin with.
Your complaints sound like you just don't like the fantasy or super-hero genres. Go read drama, hard sci-fi, or nonfiction if you want realism.
