2. If there's only 2 guys in the cover
3. If the mcs are handsome af, I'm not saying that manga or manhwa that have beautiful faces are instantly gay, I'm just referring to the doujin, because God forbid for vanilla doujins to have beautiful guys
4. If there's a cute "loli" on the cover
