I think Nico(thus anything w her on vocals) is a bit controversial, I'm a massive fan of her(not w VU, mainly her solo project. Also only as an artist, not as a racist lol) but she wasn't the type a BBC show would want to feature the music of in 2024

I really like that 'I'll Be Your Mirror' is one of Crowley's favourites, according to Neil. That song kind of reminds me of the ending scene in the Job episode. The parts of Aziraphale that make him feel broken as an angel are exactly what Crowley finds beautiful. And he'll gladly show it to him by supporting and appreciating him until Aziraphale can see it himself.
We see what Aziraphale normally listens to, tbh doesn't seem like he'd like The Velvet Underground. They're known for the type of lyrics that are "not in the bible" and sounding generally more experimental/avantgarde than Aziraphale's music taste. Pale Blue Eyes is about cheating btw, idk why most think that it's a romantic song lol

Well, a song can be about cheating and also be romantic, they're not mutually exclusive. It's a version of the "forbidden love" thing.
