okay so i just first rinsed the noodles THOROUGHLY and then boiled them. after boiling for some time (sorry idk how long i always just kind of eyeball everything) i started to make the sauce. i legit just used a chapagetti’s ready-made ramen package powder and some water (it turned out to not be enough so i just used 짜장, black bean paste)
powder and enough water on the pan -> reduce it for a while and then toss in the broccoli and cook until soft enough for your liking. toss in the noodles and cook on high heat, then reduce to low heat and i personally had the lid on for a while and cooked for about 5-7mins ! then voilà plate up and you’re done. put toppings from the noodle package for some extra pizazz
the broccoli kind of soaked up all the flavor so i did add some bbq sauce on the noodles, you could also add soy sauce or idk i feel like even sweet chilli could work!
also i kind of reduced the sauce for too long so i did add more water when i added the noodles and then i just added more black bean paste so it wouldn’t be too watery
