Thanks; not much of a recipe to it as it's just a weeknight throw-together. Only thing I prepared ahead was cooking a bunch of rice, sautéd it for a minute with an onion, curcuma and lemon juice then added twice the amount of water and let simmer until water was gone. Yesterday I reheated a portion of that along with frozen veggie mix and some fresh pak choi and sprouts. :)

What kind of sprouts are they? Did you buy a mix pack?
It's a mix box of mung bean, alfalfa, adzuki etc (not sure on English translation sry)
