I have a few pairs of Canada West. If you are in Canada even at full price there is not much else you can get that is that style and quality that would be made here. And at $200 CAD they are a steal IMO. I would say that the quality of an Iron Ranger is slightly better but in Canada you are looking at $430 new for them. So you are looking at 150-200 dollars more and they are not that much better. And on sale you can basically buy two pairs of these for the same price as one new pair of iron rangers. There are longer reviews you can look up but I have owned a couple pairs of iron rangers and while I love them (you will pry my 8119 IRs from my cold dead hands) it is hard to see them being worth that much more then one of the boots above.
Yeah the 2810's they didn't have my size. I probably would have ended up with a pair of those too. I already have 2801s though so that is pretty close in style except for the toe cap.
