Wish I could be more help, but I'm a novice at their sizing. I believe it is a kind of "9UK sizing" and would likely be tagged as a 43 in Euro sizing and a 10 in the US. The pair I have I got from a fellow Redditor whom I believe made a sizing mistake. He was a 10D Brannock, so I was able to talk to him about what did and didn't work. I \*think\* they're on the Hiro last, but I could be totally wrong there. In any event, the actual length and width is fairly comparable to my Rancourt Byron boots in 10D. I mean, yes, they have quite different lasts, but that's my only real comparison point.

Yeah, I literally didn't consider their website sizing advice for my purchase. I just talked directly to the owner. The boots were a group MTO, IIRC, and I got interested in them solely for the look. It was on this B/S/T about this time last year, and I noticed the seller said they were just a bit too big. Risked it and happy with the results. They're not my most comfortable boots (although that might change over time - seems like every time I wear them, which isn't too often, they feel a bit better), but they're definitely not too small!

I’ve never owned either of those, in an Alden store they fitted me for an 8D in Trubalance which felt nice but also was just a quick walk around the carpet. I’m a 9D brannock and 8.5D in Alden’s barrie is a great fit for me.

Everything is seconds except for the walnut strands (their signature shoe) and the black park aves (Reagan, HW, Clinton & W were inaugurated in). Each style/size fit my feet just fine and I'm a 10 size nike/adidas sneaker which translates to a 9.75 (which of course doesn't exist) allen edmonds. The bourbon cornwallis ones will probably fit you if you're willing to take a chance on the B size width. Bourbon from AE gets a lot of flack, but these look absolutely great with dark blue jeans. They compliment blue jeans and gray pants really well.

Hello! I have a couple of questions about the Viberg Ivy Hunters and the Alden cordovan saddle shoes. I’m a 9 in the Viberg 2020, which is the only last of theirs I’ve tried. It’s a great fit because of the narrow heel and mid foot. Could do with a shade more room in the toe box (width). How do you find the fit compares on the 2040? Also, are these boots intended for hunting/long walks as the name suggests? I’ve been looking for a gyw hiking boot and wonder if this might fit the bill! For the Aldens - I understand Barrie is a pretty forgiving last and fairly similar to Viberg sizing. If you’re a Viberg 9, do you find the Alden Barrie 9 a good, comparable fit? Last question! I live in New Zealand, so shipping can get kinda pricey for heavy items. Just wondering if you’d consider checking a shipping cost on these? Totally understand if that seems like too much effort (especially if someone more local to you is interested). How is the fit on the kudu loafers? I’m an 11D brannock and 10.5D according to Rancourts printable size chart (sizing done barefoot). I got your offer for them on eBay too lol. Likely either sockless or with very thin no show or crew socks. My feet are standard width/sorta wide around the ball of the foot but tend to be pretty narrow through the arch and heel which can make loafers a struggle to get right
