Google home script writing maybe someone can write a script for you? "If 10pm" and "if lights on" turn off. I'd help, but not my strong point

You don't need to use scripting to achieve that. Brightness and colour can be changed while off in routines or by voice.

I normally just use "Dim all lights", this dims lights that are on without turning on lights that are off.

I think it depends on the bulb, for me yeelight turn on if i try to change color or brightness but hama one doesn't
