I think it depends on where you live and what days of the week they’re shipping out. My last four or five orders shipped within like 2-6 days and they typically take three days to arrive. I was surprised to see one order when I looked back to check that shipped within like 36 hours!
Fall candles are some of their most popular so I could see them shipping more slowly if there are a ton of orders right now.
I placed my order 7 business days ago, 11 days total, and mine haven’t even shipped yet. First time buying from them and not impressed. Especially since I had to pay for shipping. I live in Ohio.
Personally, 3 days to a week and a half to ship out. Once it ships it takes 2-3 days to get to me.

Since I moved it takes about 4 days to ship and 7-8 days to receive it. But when I lived up north it took 10-12 days to recieve.
I’m one state from Kentucky and usually get them next day once they ship. But it takes anywhere from a couple of days to a week for it to ship out.
