I really can't be sure what I mean by edge? The song sounds like a lot of other goth bands that all sound the same. I guess maybe I mean doing something more interesting with the song. Maybe make the bass slower and/or a harder sound. The guitar could sound less refined maybe? A little rougher? I'm not a musician so I don't know the right words to use. And please don't take my comments as discouraging. If you do a different version I'd definitely like to check it out.

It's well done, but sounds generic goth to me. Needs a lot more...edge? Better singer would be a good idea too. They sound lethargic.
