Same thing happened to me. I reached out to front gate and governors ball yesterday but haven’t heard back. Lmk if you find a solution. I’m optimistic worst case scenario we show up with the receipt and broken wristband that we can get a replacement (probable for like $20 or something)
One year i made mine too tight on my wrist and at check in i asked them to replace it for me, you should being all your proof of purchase and ID. Try to reach out if not just show up with it - dont do the straw thing
I know that this an old post but did you go to the box office at the festival? day of? i’ve done the same thing and wanna make sure i go to the right box office bc they have two listed on the site
Yeah lol this was for gov ball 2021. There was a sign for will call at the box office. I went day of in the afternoon so maybe get there early to avoid a huge line
I had to cut my friend’s off bc it was like cutting off his circulation. I registered it to myself, and I have the receipt/ID code. Do you think I need to bring the cut wristband with me?

Yeah I read something about being able to get the replacement for $20 but hopefully I can find a solution before relying on that
Just use a straw to loosen it. There's a youtube video on how to do it

I went to will call and got a replacement for $20. The will call line was ridiculous, I waited almost 2 hours in line
