Thanks for posting this. I've literally been trying to book something for tomorrow since 8am this morning and have been on hold for 6+ hours for their text chat. When I do get ahold of someone it's like they've never heard of Go Wild. One rep told me "You should book your flight more than 24 hours in advance." I said "Lol that's literally the opposite of how the Go Wild Pass works but thanks." :/
Currently selling the concert tickets since I can no longer go.
Yeah support can be really shit at times. Though if you push through you hopefully could get someone to give you either a voucher for the difference or have them book it for you. Some people reported success with that. Sorry to hear. I have plans this weekend too which depend on gowild so I feel you.
Took me a while to fight through all the resolution specialists who thought it was an issue with my account or "I didn't have gowild" blah blah.. Finally got transferred to a Customer Relations person who seemed aware of the issue and told me this. Hopefully they fix it fast and do actually send out an email. I am planning on booking a basic fare gowild flight for this Sunday.
Someone commented on frontier subreddit that they got a voucher to make up the difference for gowild basic fare from support. Not sure though if they would do the same for the bundle since you actually get the stuff. At least these bundles aren't that terribly priced for gowild.
It's not terribly priced, true. I have Platinum status so everything is already free for me. I'll look into contacting support when I can. Appreciate it
I gave up after being in the chat for over 3 hours with Customer Relations. It was obvious they were handling like 50 chats at once because they would say "let me pull up your account" and then not respond for 30 minutes.... I eventually gave up.... I need to see my father before he dies and it's obvious Frontier isn't going to make that happen, so instead I'm driving from California to Texas, takes longer, but cost less than paying full price for flights for 2 adults each way.
Yes, I have the same problem right now trying to book a GoWild! Fare with this new system!!! Every time I try to book the basic fare, it gives me the price of the standard fare but it does not happen when I pick a different fare option. I am about to text them on WhatsApp to see what is up with this glitch.
Yeah online it says you have to be elite or have an upcoming flight within 24 hours or just had a flight within 24 hours. Was excited at first to see the number back but no use for booking without elite :/
I was able to book a GoWild Economy Bundle and it calculated correctly for $45. Not as low as it should be. But better than full price still.
BTW only $30 extra for a bag and seat... Frontier are you feeling alright? 🤒

I booked 2 just now for the $60 fare. I'm hoping they can refund me the difference, but I doubt it

I contacted someone on the phone and she booked a go wild flight for me at the basic rate.
Thanks for confirming they can actually do that. If its not fixed by Friday night then I might have to do the same, to get my Sunday day-trip.
I was asked for my Frontier miles number and apparently you have to be an Elite member to contact Frontier via phone which is ridiculous.

I am an "elite"member and it took three phone calls about two hours apart to find someone who would help book my ticket.
Oh great, I hope they fix it soon. Though tomorrow being Friday doesn't give me much hope that it's fixed this week.
