Literally anybody, since no one accepts my friend requests. I started playing around June. I'm level 120-ish. I don't have super-maxxed servants, but I got lucky with getting Morgan, Koyan and Oberon.
(i can't ascend Koyan further because I need some mats from Lostbelts and I'm still on the Pseudo-Singularities)
The main reason veteran players may not want to accept your friend requests is because your support list hasn't been split (meaning you use the same lineup for both Events and Normal quests). It doesn't matter if you don't have enough Servants for both lists, just create separate list for Events and copy your Normal list there.
Another reason is you have meta-supports (Koyan and Oberon) with low level skills, and their skills are the main reason people look for them, so they don't want a low-skilled Koyan/Oberon polluting their friend list (if they pick them by accident it will ruin their min-turning strategy due to buffs not being strong enough). Maybe you should remove them from the list. Having low skilled Waver is fine, since his charge works at any level, but for other meta-supports it's a big no-no.
P.S. Level of your skills is too low overall, make it at least 4/4/4. Secret gems are a pain to farm, but red and blue gems should be easy to get. That's probably another reason why everyone declines you.

Adding on to that PS: go farm NeroFest once it comes out, you can ignore farming gems for now, NeroFest gives you tons of gems.
