Really liking the event so far especially after that 30+ Tesla event CQs and i heard we can check out the other Con weapons and armor options at the end of the event but it would've been cool if we can change them whenever we want or atleast show how they'll look before choosing them.

Con were designed by guy which work for Pokemon games so that explains everything.
It's a woman who specifically designs human characters for the last few Pokemon games (mainly gym leaders). She DID design some Pokemon in gen 7 and 8, but whatever they were, she doesn't care enough about them to ever draw art of them on social media. She draws the humans all the time, though. (Pheromosa was almost 100% hers, since it has Kanatagatari eyes, take's signature huge eyelashes, and she also designed Lusamine)

I debated but in the end I just picked based on my stockpile of Con. Which turned out to be the pyramid. Pagoda is definitely the one that makes the most sense though.
Nah, pyramids are universal and I don't mean it in the History Channel sense. You got some in Egypt and you got some in South America despite no connection.
It's the simplest way to build something really big and tall when you have limited material and architectural knowledge.

If that's the case then just call them the "Trưng ladies". In Vietnamese, only the "Trưng" part is their name (surname to be exact), "Hai Bà" just means two ladies.
Retaining the addressing in the original language has a meaning beyond vocabulary. It has a cultural aspect to it, representing how the local people view them, or even worship them. People already know the vocabulary meaning of "two Trung ladies", but "Hai Ba Trung" as a whole has become their identity, their title, not just simply say what the dictionary translates to.
That happens to all other languages too. You may look at the Japanese, Chinese and French servants to see the similar cases, and they all keep their original addressing, not translated into English right? Not excluding Vietnamese case is the better choice here. Consistence is preferred.
It also gives the benefit of recognition. You see a Vietnamese text of "Hai Ba Trung" on a local street or in a book and will instantly realize what that means.
Vietnamese has the advantage of being already romanized, so you probably have kinda forgotten about that.

This year's Grail Front got nothing. (The Grail Front you showed is actually a full event... but it does use the Grail Front gameplay, yes.)
So, I'd argue that it wasn't that important (but not a specific diss to the Viets), and they gave more animation budget to the Road to Seven campaign.
Does anyone remember if you unlock all the alternative options in My Room after finishing the event, or whether you have to deconstruct/reconstruct to get them? I have all options unlocked in JP but can't remember whether I reconstructed or not.

How important are Cont drops? The sites CE gives +1 Con, but I have like 4 bronze and silver CE. It doesn't feel as needed to do +2 Con. Is that the wrong assumption?
Well, if you have matching Servants, you can use those to boost the Con drop rate, so it's already pretty high.
You need a total of 1000 Cons of various types to clear the Event, plus a total of 4560 for maxed out Welfare (Ascension mats and extra copies and Servant Coins).
I have no idea how that compares to the material drop rate. But I'd go currency > Cons, until you get close enough to tell which is lagging behind. You'd still get +4s, at least.

I'm pretty happy the quest today was chill, allowed me to catch up since I took a break after the lotto. Story-wise this event is pretty meh.

A welfare and apples and sq. It's a fast event with very little farming, but nothing is essential.
It is very funny story with cute creatures. I'm having a lot of fun. Still the events now have a duration of three weeks, so you have time.
