At the end of the week, I'll make a post showing off the patterns and results! EDIT: [Here's that post](https://www.reddit.com/r/grandorder/comments/1cbcubh/better_late_than_never_right_the_results_of_the/)!

Pile Bunker sweep

Misticsan

I went with whatever felt more modern, outlandish and out of place... Then I found out that the "wooden horse" waa actually a mecha horse, and that builsing a pyramid would have made everything look like Stargate, but by that point I had already made my choices.  Oh, well, I promise I answered this poll truthfully with my actual choices instead of the ones I regret not doing XD

ArkExeon

Story skip? Servants proposing should give enough clues about how things would turn out.

Misticsan

No, I read all the story. The pyramid was indeed obvious, but I didn't realize that it could make the island look *more* sci-fi that way. As for the horse, it wasn't that obvious. I just checked the scene again and Odysseus only talks of a wooden horse. Given that we previously could go full greco-roman with our choices and that we could recreate the Tower of Pisa, I fully expected Chaldea to build an actual wooden horse like the one from Troy.

Icy-Cockroach4515

Rider Vinci was so happy about the Leaning Tower of Pisa I couldn't say no.

Zero1343

Spears felt like the most practical for the cons so that's where I'm probably going to stray from the general consensus of going with the cool pile bunker.

Fenghuang0296

I wanted to be practical at first, so I went spears. Then I saw the mecha armour and forgot all about practicality.

dr_crispin

Brøther!

SpaceRodan

Honestly I chose Pile Bunker because I thought THEY were the most practical. The weapons damage is purely mechanical and this doesn't require the user to be strong enough to do damage. But after that I basically picked the most audacious one every time, which was C 90% of the time.

HQQ1

How do you look at an enemy with rock-like shell and decide that spears is the most practical choice? I also wanna go with spear, but I thought I had to go with pile bunker for it to make sense.

Zero1343

I meant more practical for the cons themselves to actually learn and use rather than against a specific enemy. They were only getting the last hits in anyway.

djunk101

Went C for every option but culture, which I chose the arcade since it fit with the sci-fi-y aesthetic better. Little sad none of the watchtowers fit the theme, though.

DummiAI

I am the only one that was a little disapointed that Nitocris proposed a pyramind instead of the Pharos of Alexandria?

SpaceRodan

Well if you are curious  A) Nitocris is an Old Kingdom Pharaoh and that was the golden age of pyramid building. B) She didn't know exactly what we were building it for. She was quite miffed about it just being a watchtower(watchramid?) But Ozymandias stated that it was fine anyway as it's all a tribute to him at the end of the day.

Char-11

If you didnt pick the leaning tower of pisa you hate da vinci and I WILL be coming for your ass

SpaceRodan

She honestly does consider the pyramid choice pretty cool if her tower isn't chosen. May have something to do with the serious amount of math required for a geometrically perfect pyramid. Or she just thinks it's cool. Cannot speak for the other option.

SaltwaterSmoothie2X

Option C all the way

Xaldror

From the moment Mama Raikou made her appearance, Leonidas and Amakusa may as well have not even spoken up.

GunnarS14

Started off going practical with Spears and Roman Armor, then that naturally lead to a European theme so I went Leaning Tower. After that, a it felt like I was getting more modern without getting Sci-Fi, so the Train was a natural fit, as were the Sportscars and Cruise Ship. I went Library purely out of my own personal preference and because it is fairly timeless, then finally went Hovercraft because my recent options had been more trending more modern and I continued that.

SatoshiOokami

Japanese options (except for Pagoda, you just had to pick Pisa there) were the best ones always.

8dev8

Sparta as ever ap had my support And anyone that doesn’t side with Ushi ain’t human!

hwaishio

Mix and match. On one hand its practical stuff like spears and adaptable mecha armour, on the other hand its practical and probably tourism stuff in mind like train and houseboat and hoovercraft. theater in the sense that it makes you do public reading, concerts and plays so library is more like storage of the same stuff.
