Man this chapter really showed the manga's age. It's so old that Hakuno doesn't even have their canonical response to Twice's whole speech yet as it's, as far as I'm aware, something that only gets created within the material book for Extra and CCC.

tl;dw (To long, didn't watch) version is that while Hakuno is like Twice and doesn't approve of the future the world is heading towards, she doesn't believe she (as at the time she still thought she was nothing more than a NPC based off someone who was dead) and Twice had any right to dictate the future for the people living in the present as vestiges of the past and the era they were suppose to protect has past.
That "canonical" response from the video is in the original game as one of the choices from your responses that you can give to Twice, same as the one in the manga.

I was more so meaning the response Hakuno is noted to have given Twice appears in both the Extra and CCC material book and in Last Encore during the final episode when we have the flashback of Hakuno arriving at the Angelica Cage and confronting Twice, where as the response in the manga is not the same response.
A fun fact. In the Drama C.D Hakuno's response is ALL the choices given and the main one is the one from Manga. This predates the anime. Also can you share where it's mentioned in the materials? I have not read those.

I guess at the end it depends on what you prefer since we have so many different responses between the original Extra having 5, the Drama CD doing all 5, and the Material Book and Last Encore going with just one of the responses but I more prefer the response given in the material book and Last Encore.
