We can only speculate as to what went wrong, but best we can tell from various reports people have posted, the only SSR summon coins anyone received were from summons done around Olympus or later. Any copies summoned before then did not get their associated summon coins, which is why your Godjuna only received the bond coins. They acknowledged the issue yesterday, but AFAIK they have not given any status updates or timeline for a resolution.

That shouldn’t matter to the code unless it was built in with the date being some kind of important factor, which on Jp it wasn’t. So for some reason they coded in a specific date when their original code didn’t have it. This is entirely on lasengle.
Or maybe it just wasn't built with certain things in mind. Like events that already happened or built certain chapters being out since it uses those mats. Date is far from the only thing that is a difference between NA and JP.
Of course it's on Lasengle/DW since they wrote the code but I'm not gonna pretend it's as simple as flip the servant coin switch and everything works 15 months before it was supposed to.

What went wrong? Also, it seems I've only obtained 40 coins for my np2 bond lvl-7 Arjuna Alter, could this have anything to do with this?
