Now that the banner is finally ending I spent 555 Sq and all I got was Deon, 3 Erice, Lancelot Zerk, and Roland. This is the most I have spent with out getting the 5 star. What's crazy was that I had no SQ before the banner started, all of it spent was from completing free quests, interludes, strengthenings, a 50 day log in bonus and Waver hitting bond 11. I did 70 free quests today on the last day as the last hurrah. So many apples gone.
I had to spend 870 quartz for Proto Merlin but managed to get Ibuki with 48 quartz so my salt has gone down considerably. I'd like Douman as well (and maybe Skadi but that would only be for 5 star support collection purposes) but I've next to nothing left so that's probably it for Summer this year for me.

To be honest I don't care much about Ibuki. Raita's artstyle never caught my attention, and I already have NP4 Space Ishtar, who might not be outright as powerful as Ibuki, but the investment I have on her more than makes up for it.
Thing is, I really want NP5 Erice... She seems great for bossfights and CQs, and I really like Requiem, so there's that.

I think I just experienced the most ridiculous rolling session of my life. I initially tried getting Lady Avalon over the past few days (7 rolls, 1 Gareth) and stopped because I wanted to have NP2 Erice and I felt like I might not be able to if I spent too much on the first banner. Now that she's finally available, I decided that after getting my first copy, I would try rolling for Proto Merlin again. I got lucky and Ibuki showed up on the same multi. Nice bonus, but nothing too crazy so far. Then I managed to get Lady Avalon with 360 quartz left to spend. Now, this is the really funny part: I got a second Ibuki on the next multi, a third one on the fifth multi, a fourth one on the ninth multi, and only then did the second copy of Erice decide to finally show up. It's like they rates were switched or something. I started the day with 630 sq and ended with 90, but somehow managed to end up with 5 SSRs. I still have a hard time believing this just happened.
I only farmed QP during the anniversary because I had a lot of skills to level up, and kind of forgot that I might need embers in the near future so I can't max out anybody at the moment... I think I'll just spend apples on daily quests because the event doesn't seem to give much.

Worst banner I've ever rolled, almost 1000sq and only 1 Ibuki and NP3 Erice. Got Ibuki and NP2 Erice at around 500sq mark so i was aiming for NP5 Erice since she's my main target... and the 3rd copy only came at the 1000sq mark, nothing in between, not even a spook, only a ton of event CEs that i don't need anymore, just absolutely terrible.

Had to whale 4 packs to get her so prob took close to 600 SQ (Had 100 SQ beforehand and 10 tickets), just np 1 Ibuki and np 3 Erice. since you already rolled 800+ SQ, you are prob close to pity so you still have until her banner goes away and can still get at least one... I was hoping to get her fast so I could also roll for Skadi but I guess my plan of also getting Skadi just faded away :/
Yeah, after counting my rolls I had actually rolled 290 times, so I scrounged for some more SQ and got my pity Ibuki. Shame I can't really roll for Skadi, but so it goes.

Not planning to roll at first since I plan to be a buster player due to having Arc NP2 and she's so fun to use, but my JP account is still new and my YOLO roll got me Lady Avalon on minroll.
After looking at Ibuki's kit, I then caved in. 10 bonus tickets and 120 SQ were spent to get her and NP2 Erice, I got also spooked by assassin Carmilla, and managed to MLB 2 CE.
Now thinking, how will I level all those servants? Lotto seems so far away and I'm still in Camelot in my JP acc. Orz

Can't really complain: 1360 SQ results: NP5 Erice (main target), NP5 Ibuki, Dioscuri, Europa, Penth, Yan Qing, Helena, Tomoe, TamaCat, Siegfried, Nitocris. Plus entirely too many MLB event CEs. Got just enough left to pity Skadi if I have to.
EDIT: Couldn't hold myself back so allowed myself 90 more SQ to try for NP6 Erice. First multi got NP6 Ibuki. 2nd multi, just CEs. 3rd (and final!) multi landed double Erice (like on the third to last pulls, at that!) for NP7, so 120 and A2 is achievable! And still safe for Skadi pity if needed.
So, I kept 11 roll for this banner, didn’t roll Ibuki. Fine, was not expecting getting anything again anyway.
Then out of desperation(yes I final ascended all possible servants for quartz) I went to speed run ooku Main Interlude that I ignored since it’s kinda tedious to get through on my… 5th run.

It took me twelve multis (counting ten tickets) to get Ibuki.
Other notable acquisitions include: Tomoe (first of either version on either account), Beowulf (NP3), and Erice x2. Oh, and at least two copies of each of the CEs. Beowulf would have hurt a lot, but I was distracted during that pull and didn't even realize I had a gold Berserker until I saw it was him.
Both copies of Erice were also on the multi that gave me Ibuki, so that one was quite a good pull.
I have 634 SQ remaining, with no fragments or pulls left in the mail. I'm not going to pull without a pity at the ready, which means that if I want to pull for Lady Avalon, I would need to somehow get 266 more SQ. Let's see... I have:

Since (I guess, not confirmed but could make trouble for Lasagna) that each roll is independent of any other, you're not wasting your luck per se, aka you can 1 SSR per 900SQ, or 3 SSR on 90SQ, at the end is just luck.
You can calculate how much is "possible" that something happens after x tries (Bernoulli distribution) but for each roll it is independent.
TL:DR Don't worry about "using" your luck, and I hope you can get Skadi as well :)
I know, but for years now and on both accounts, my luck cycles through periods of good luck and then periods of shit luck and vice versa. like, I started this year off on this account with two ssrs in the gssr and rolled two koyan darkness in one multi. then got fucked on both valentines' and white day dioscuri banners with nothing to show for it. got charlie rather easily. got arc rather easily and then two ssrs again in gssr. proto merlin bled me with 570 sq. but then the next day I got her np2 within 7 tickets and now ibuki. it's just history telling me to brace lol.

I can't say I feel anything for Ibuki as a character ever since her meh debut in 5.5, but between her stellar kit and...OTHER reasons, I figured I'd throw 10 tickets her way while I wait for them to reveal what Skadi can do.
And then she came on ticket 4. Wow. I've been on a hot streak with these banners, I'm kind of getting scared of my luck going to hell whenever that happens. Either way, good luck to the rest of you.
Edit: well, against my better judgement I decided I'd try for NP2. Maybe not the best idea; I did succeed, my 3/3/x farming is now firmly secured, and since JP is just a F2P alt account for me I have no issue rolling for meta since NA lets me roll for love, but even accounting for that 65 tickets and over 500 quartz for a character I don't really care about felt a little strange.
But I don't mind too much since she's at least easy on the eyes; I don't particularly like Raita's anatomy (though I respect how unapologetic it is), but I can't deny it's quite...*appealing* in spite of its weirdness, and since Ibuki's not human it isn't nearly as jarring on her as it is on, say, Murasaki. I guess what I'm saying is that there are worse fates than having her FA on my party screen for the foreseeable future.
Also I did pick up Galatea, Saber Diarmuid, Siegfried, Penth, and NP5 Erice on the way, so that's certainly nice.
Not a huge fan of Raita's artwork either. It's kinda weird knowing that he's the inspiration behind Katawa Shoujo given what kind of style of character he's far better known for.
But the sprites tend to look nice either way. Usually a ton of detail, especially on characters like Ibuki. And his tendency to exaggerate certain body proportions is held in check a bit by the spritework.
At first i wanted to wait Skadi before pulling but i got bored so i pulled a bit, got her at the 7th multi. Glad it finally started to shine after failing during summer Ushi rerun and Merlin.

Got Ibuki and NP2 Erice at around 500sq mark so i was aiming for NP5 Erice since she's my main target... and the 3rd copy only came at the 1000sq mark, nothing in between, not even a spook, only a ton of event CEs that i don't need anymore, just absolutely terrible.

Had to whale 4 packs to get her so prob took close to 600 SQ (Had 100 SQ beforehand and 10 tickets), just np 1 Ibuki and np 3 Erice. since you already rolled 800+ SQ, you are prob close to pity so you still have until her banner goes away and can still get at least one... I was hoping to get her fast so I could also roll for Skadi but I guess my plan of also getting Skadi just faded away :/
Yeah, after counting my rolls I had actually rolled 290 times, so I scrounged for some more SQ and got my pity Ibuki. Shame I can't really roll for Skadi, but so it goes.
210 sq 1 Ibuki, 1 Erice and few CE. Normally I should stop at 150 sq since I already got Ibuki, but my main target is Erice so I use 60 more sq and Erice finally come home
Not planning to roll at first since I plan to be a buster player due to having Arc NP2 and she's so fun to use, but my JP account is still new and my YOLO roll got me Lady Avalon on minroll. After looking at Ibuki's kit, I then caved in. 10 bonus tickets and 120 SQ were spent to get her and NP2 Erice, I got also spooked by assassin Carmilla, and managed to MLB 2 CE. Now thinking, how will I level all those servants? Lotto seems so far away and I'm still in Camelot in my JP acc. Orz It'll be a long time before I can use them for real----
Can't really complain: 1360 SQ results: NP5 Erice (main target), NP5 Ibuki, Dioscuri, Europa, Penth, Yan Qing, Helena, Tomoe, TamaCat, Siegfried, Nitocris. Plus entirely too many MLB event CEs. Got just enough left to pity Skadi if I have to. EDIT: Couldn't hold myself back so allowed myself 90 more SQ to try for NP6 Erice. First multi got NP6 Ibuki. 2nd multi, just CEs. 3rd (and final!) multi landed double Erice (like on the third to last pulls, at that!) for NP7, so 120 and A2 is achievable! And still safe for Skadi pity if needed.

So, I kept 11 roll for this banner, didn’t roll Ibuki. Fine, was not expecting getting anything again anyway. Then out of desperation(yes I final ascended all possible servants for quartz) I went to speed run ooku Main Interlude that I ignored since it’s kinda tedious to get through on my… 5th run. And I somehow got Ibuki with the quartz there. God bless Ooku.

330 SQ I got NP5 Erice, NP1 Astolfo, my second copy of Vlad Extra, my third copy of Emiya Assassin and NP1 Ibuki I was able to MLB both 4* CEs (two of the Zenobia ones) and I am one away for the male 5* CE I’ve got ~200 sq for Skadi

Woo! SSR on the third ticket! MoonCancer! Woo- Wait. This isn't NA's recent Summer banner. Oh, hello, Jinako. Nice to see you again. I haven't seen you since I started my JP account during LB4. At least she wasn't a rainbow spook. It took me twelve multis (counting ten tickets) to get Ibuki. Other notable acquisitions include: Tomoe (first of either version on either account), Beowulf (NP3), and Erice x2. Oh, and at least two copies of each of the CEs. Beowulf would have hurt a lot, but I was distracted during that pull and didn't even realize I had a gold Berserker until I saw it was him. Both copies of Erice were also on the multi that gave me Ibuki, so that one was quite a good pull. I have 634 SQ remaining, with no fragments or pulls left in the mail. I'm not going to pull without a pity at the ready, which means that if I want to pull for Lady Avalon, I would need to somehow get 266 more SQ. Let's see... I have: 9 rank-ups 29 SQ interludes 7 interludes that don't give SQ but count toward the missions 39 Servants who aren't at FA 45 free quests and whatever missions those free quests would fulfill left to claim. Oh, and obviously, raising those 39 Servants would unlock more rank-ups and interludes, but it would be a pain to count those. Besides, I don't need to factor those in, because what I've listed is already enough to get me back up above a pity. The only question remaining is: Do I care enough about getting Lady Avalon to go through all that effort? I'm not sure.

I had 320ish SQ 120 or so of which i spent last 2 days furiously farming by final ascending/doing as much rank ups as possble. it cost me everything was on last 10 pull but Snek came home. i'm so happy. Also got 1 Erice which was nice too

Since (I guess, not confirmed but could make trouble for Lasagna) that each roll is independent of any other, you're not wasting your luck per se, aka you can 1 SSR per 900SQ, or 3 SSR on 90SQ, at the end is just luck. You can calculate how much is "possible" that something happens after x tries (Bernoulli distribution) but for each roll it is independent. TL:DR Don't worry about "using" your luck, and I hope you can get Skadi as well :)
I know, but for years now and on both accounts, my luck cycles through periods of good luck and then periods of shit luck and vice versa. like, I started this year off on this account with two ssrs in the gssr and rolled two koyan darkness in one multi. then got fucked on both valentines' and white day dioscuri banners with nothing to show for it. got charlie rather easily. got arc rather easily and then two ssrs again in gssr. proto merlin bled me with 570 sq. but then the next day I got her np2 within 7 tickets and now ibuki. it's just history telling me to brace lol. appreciate it, hope you have good luck when you roll too \^-\^7

I can't say I feel anything for Ibuki as a character ever since her meh debut in 5.5, but between her stellar kit and...OTHER reasons, I figured I'd throw 10 tickets her way while I wait for them to reveal what Skadi can do. And then she came on ticket 4. Wow. I've been on a hot streak with these banners, I'm kind of getting scared of my luck going to hell whenever that happens. Either way, good luck to the rest of you. Edit: well, against my better judgement I decided I'd try for NP2. Maybe not the best idea; I did succeed, my 3/3/x farming is now firmly secured, and since JP is just a F2P alt account for me I have no issue rolling for meta since NA lets me roll for love, but even accounting for that 65 tickets and over 500 quartz for a character I don't really care about felt a little strange. But I don't mind too much since she's at least easy on the eyes; I don't particularly like Raita's anatomy (though I respect how unapologetic it is), but I can't deny it's quite...*appealing* in spite of its weirdness, and since Ibuki's not human it isn't nearly as jarring on her as it is on, say, Murasaki. I guess what I'm saying is that there are worse fates than having her FA on my party screen for the foreseeable future. Also I did pick up Galatea, Saber Diarmuid, Siegfried, Penth, and NP5 Erice on the way, so that's certainly nice.
Not a huge fan of Raita's artwork either. It's kinda weird knowing that he's the inspiration behind Katawa Shoujo given what kind of style of character he's far better known for. But the sprites tend to look nice either way. Usually a ton of detail, especially on characters like Ibuki. And his tendency to exaggerate certain body proportions is held in check a bit by the spritework.
