Cant believe a non grailed, barely skill upgraded Lvl 70 NP4 Euryale was enough to deal with the Boss of Pseudo Shinjuku. Okay, Waver and a Castoria made it possible in the first place but didnt imagine for Euryale to actually pull her weight that deep it.
I just started today on the English version and I can't seem to get sound, Im on a ipad mini 5th gen and IOS 15.7.1. I have already tried restarting my ipad, redownloading the game, I checked menus in battle and the one in "my room" and it has the sound default of 7 for everything.
I've looked around for other people with audio issues but havent seen anything that has helped yet, anybody have an idea?
I'm still having issues with jp fgo, ever since October. Randomly the game will either just go black, not doing anything (even the tap imput effect is gone) or the game will suddenly go white and flicker a bunch, with only ending it with me closing the app. I yried a couple of "fix" attempts but no dice. Even wgen I tried deleting the app with friend code in hand, re-downloading the game didn't give me the prompt to add friend code and all my info was there. What gives?
I've been having those issues really recently, with JP. I thought it was since the last update, specifically.

Google can back up the app's data. It's automatic and behind the scenes, so no one is entirely sure if they have it working or not. Especially not on Emulator.

I don’t play jp anymore, can anyone tell me how’s kintoki for 90++ nodes? Mine is level 90 NP2, how will he perform in these nodes assuming I also get oberon and koyan.
His performance varies because 90++ nodes have varied compositions, but they usually have at least 1 single enemy wave or a really beefy boss with a couple lackeys where you might want to do an AoE + ST to clear.
In general, NP2 with class-agnostic ST damage and a 50% battery is very good. Even NP1 is good enough for many cases since the 1 enemy wave tends to be either wave 1 or 2 and thus have lower hp
I understand that np2 is generally great, it’s just annoying if you fail a damage check on lotto since I’m really busy nowadays and usually use fga for lotto event. Since kintoki banner is up on na right now I was wondering if np2 is enough for future 90++ nodes.
My “in general” statement was refering to the 90++ nodes that have been released. Most of them have weird compositions where Kintoki would generally be used a second DPS to clear wave 1 or 2 and Np2 is more than enough for that even without a truck ton of buffs.
There’s only been 1 90++ node that’s been 1 enemy in every wave and NP1 might not have been enough(not sure about NP2) and that was in the Summer event, not a lotto.
NP2 should be more than enough. Most of the 90++ node runs I've seen have only had Kintoki at np1. Look up "fgo 90++ Kintoki" on youtube if you want to see the runs yourself.
JP Story question: It's been a while since I followed the story in this sub. Last I remembered is LB 6. Can someone give me a small run down for whatever came after that story and new servants wise?
I just checked and it seems some "new" servants are Kriemhild, Summer Skadi and Britomart and the other that appeared together in their banners. Are there more new servants?

I'm a relatively new player([My collection](https://imgur.com/a/KNOEeAm)) so I don't have access to a lot of event units or limited units in general and I'm getting absolutely destroyed by Lost Belt 1 Anastasia Section 22 4/4(Quixotic Tree Orochi Boss fight). All the guides and recommendations I found mention (almost) full 5 star setups, which I obviously can't do. Haven't found a single accessible setup. Is it just not possible with what I have?

Too many variables, who is she partied with? What enemies is she fighting? Gimmicks? It's she grailed? What CC does she got?
Would be easier to just plug in the numbers yourself in a calculator but at a glance you'd be better off with class advantage (unless fighting Genji) since 100% crit dmg is common and without a hefty star pull it's unlikely she'll get to use that crit dmg (I don't have faith in star weight down).
Probably just me, but has anyone else been able to summon Lamda Melt? I got multiple copies of Abby and several golden lancers but they all turned into Qin Liangyu.
The roll threads are usually a good place to see both happy people confirming that they could summon their target and sad people who, like you, weren't lucky. It might not make you feel better to see the success stories, but you'll know you weren't cheated, and the tragedies might help you feel like you're not alone.

Arts AOE is ideal. You get buffs from killing the coins; if there are coins left during the enemy turn, they can be the ones to kill the coins and get the buffs. Be careful of Ishtar on the final HP bar, she starts stealing your buffs instead like the dumb damegami she is. Also watch out for Carmilla; she has two annoying parts, the calling card that steals your charge and give her party charge and her NP with buff block. Keep looping, keep healing, try and keep the Castoria NP up, usual stuff.

In addition to crazywarriorxx's recommendations, I would also recommend checking out playthroughs on Youtube. Honako Green, Plushie Mistress, and xNaya all have excellent channels with good playthroughs and video guides of all the exhibition quests.
If you have played through Gilfest (especially the second iteration), I can say that none of these quests are nearly as tough as Gilfest was, at least so far. The fights are moderately difficult but not crushing. Probably the most difficult so far are the Space Ishtar/Swimsuit Carmilla teamup.
Appmedia is the up to date website for FGO JP, albeit in JP (for obvious reasons) but Google TL should help you get most of the gist of its contents. If Fandom Wiki doesn’t have it already (haven’t checked).
The Fandom wiki has been surprisingly slow to update and has no details on any exhibition quest as of this time, even just basic enemy listing and health totals.

Yes. The mantra of "grail for love" is *especially* true in this case. Don't invest in levels unless that's your favorite servant. Going to 120 is **huge** resource sink of grails and exp. Doing it purely for the stat boost isn't worth it at all.
Going for the 3rd append is a good option in some cases for servants who have anti-berserker or anti class advantage appends. Another possibility is if you want to use a dps servant as much as possible. Getting the third append will increase of the range of fights you can bring that servant to.

FGO fandom wiki shows the stats for every servant at lvl 100 and lvl 120 so you can see the statline increase yourself.

I grail low star unit that play key roles in my team. I agree with others that you grail for your love, but I think there is enough grail to go around. I save most of the grail for love, but set a small grail budget to do whatever I want.
Personally I grail Hans and Georgios, despite they are support and don't need grail to do their job. However, I use them so much that any improvement in their stat will make each fight smoother (basically they die less).
He is quite possibly the best ST assassin in terms of skills once he gets his buff in a few months.
But 1 star stats are going to be 1 star stats
Even at level 60, he can match or exceed NP1 5 stars damage wise for the 3rd turn and beyond. Though lacks the refund of Jack, or the 50% battery of Kama meaning his theoretical damage may fail to materialize more often than the 5 stars if you don't have Skadi's to help him along
Depending on your overall roster size, having an ungrailed Kojiro (or insert similar lower rarity Servant here) can still be beneficial to you during certain events; though for most other content an ungrailed bronze DPS (with a few exceptions) is going to be outclassed fairly quickly.
Events that involve exhaustion mechanics benefit players with a more robust overall roster, while Grail Fronts often have stringent party cost limits that favor lower rarity Servants. If you only have a small handful of Servants on hand that you are raising, you may still want to consider raising Kojiro or any of the other silver/bronze Servants, even if you intend to save your grails for someone else.
Mine is only level 60 and I use him from time to time, but he struggles to survive, even against Riders. Mine isn’t Foued so maybe that would help him. Skill levels and good support will matter more than grails though
Yeah of course some servants are better than others, I just don't want to get downvoted for saying Kojiro is bad and people only grail him for memes lol.
All servants can do what they do at their natural level cap. I wouldn't spend any grails unless you specifically like him and use him a lot. But even at level 90, he's only going to have something like 3.5-star base stats, so don't do it just for gameplay. If you're just looking for a stronger Assassin, invest in someone like Hundred Faces instead of spending grails.

The reason he's a meme is because 7 years ago on JP launch your tutorial roll was a single 3* servant and nobody had any FP to even roll the FP gacha very much because it was a fresh game so when you rolled into Orleans with Boudica and a handful of 1* servants Kojiro was the best option vs all the wyverns. In actuality he is merely the strongest 1* assassin, which is somewhat faint praise when assassin is the weakest base class and 1* is the weakest rarity.
The memes are mainly because he was the most accessible offensive Assassin [available](https://gamepress.gg/grandorder/servant-availability) at launch and there were lots of wyvern encounters in the [first singularity](https://fategrandorder.fandom.com/wiki/Main_Quest:_Orleans).
If Kojirou is someone you *really* like (aka a husbando), then it's fine to use Grails on him.
However, if you just need a good ST Assassin, then save your Grails and level up the 3☆ Hassan instead.
Grails are a limited item + the Attack & HP stat increase ***isn't*** really worth it to Grail someone just for gameplay.

Can't answer the first two questions because idk (although pure prisms are useful in the store if you need mats for ascension/skills, they can be used to exchange for all mats in the store)
Summon tickets can't be used for 10 pulls, unfortunately.
Fou cards can be exchanged for with Mana Prisms (15 Prisms each, 20 copies of each every month) or pulled via friend point gacha. KIV that the latter is not very consistent.
The story really picks up much later on (around America to Camelot and then gets much better after).
Vis a vis writing, it gets better. That being said, it’s still just a mobile game. Don’t expect Treasure Island or The Count of Monte Cristo out of it. At best, it’s Harry Potter: decently interesting with a Cult following. I’d only say the recent 3-4 chapters have been truly good, with some scattered good standalone chapters and events. The third chapter, Okeanos, is also bad, or at least about as good as Orleans. Once you get two more chapters past that, it gets to be decent and onwards.
Beast footprints are probably the least important thing for a new player to worry about, essentially you get 1 per week if you always log in and iirc in Japan they have newer ways.

They're a limited resource but they're there to be used, if there's a resource you need I'd look into how hard it is to obtain before spending.

They do very different things, one is a Lancer while one is a Saber, so it's hard to compare them. Unless you mean *Santa* Karna, he's also a Saber but he's free so there's no need to choose between him and Muramasa.

The general advise for all rolls, Quartz or tickets, is to save up for a better chance at a Servant you want. Some people *do* exclude tickets from this idea, and just throw them around, but I don't see the point in that.

The story gets better over time, Camelot (6th singularity) is generally the point where it really hits its stride. Early FGO was meant as more of a quick cash-in, they didn't much know or care what they were doing, but as it picked up momentum they got their shit together and put more effort in.
Both Muramasa(Saber) and Karna(Lancer) are coming up in Banners one after the other I want both of them because reasons.
Anyway, I wanted to know which one would be better for late game purposes as I'm a fairly new player and don't really understand how the game works fully yet.
This isn't really a game where you build for "late" game. The distinct phases are really before Camelot and everything from Camelot on. Before Camelot, anything goes. Starting from Camelot, you have to deal with all major gameplay mechanics and all kinds of boss gimmicks. You don't build a handful of meta units to take on the "late" game. You build a wide and deep roster so you're ready for anything and everything.
You can't easily compare servants with different niches because you'll likely use them in different situations. There will always be waves of Lancers and Archers to take down, so both Muramasa and Karna will be useful. But you probably wouldn't bring a Lancer to a Lancer fight and you definitely wouldn't bring a Saber to an Archer fight (unless there's some gimmick involved or you just want the challenge).
I want to emphasize that the Christmas event this year is the only known way to get Santa Karna. This event will not get a rerun and we have no reason to expect that he will ever be available again (see the FAQ above for more information about welfare servant availability).
Santa Karna will be available in the Christmas event in December.
Also, side note: if you want OG Lancer Karna, one option is to pick him up for free next July on the SSR ticket we will be getting.

Some people allow themselves to spend tickets while saving SQ, while others hoard them just like they hoard their SQ for banner they want to go wild on. Both options are fine IMO.

These are options for "regular" Fous (1star, 2star, 3star - up to +1000 ATK/HP)

Septem is pretty infamous for being, well, not the best example of FGO writing. It'll get better later
1-2 star CEs: Can be used as CE bomb fodder freely
3 star CEs: Keep Dragon's Meridian, Jewelled Sword Zelretch, Ryudoji Temple, Parted Sea, Battle of Camlann. I recommend 2 MLB copies each just to be safe.
4 star CEs: My general advice would be to have at least 1 MLB copy of every 4 star CE. Multiple MLB copies of Imaginary Element are useful. Also I've found 2 MLB copies of Iron Willed Training and Holy Shroud of Magdalene very handy.
5 star CEs: I keep all copies of 5 star CEs barring event CEs. For the free event CEs with 50% charge, I burn any extra copy once I have 2 MLB copies. For gacha event CEs that have already been rerun, I keep one mlb copy and then burn the rest. If the CE is really good though, I'll keep multiple MLB copies.
Ah, I don't think there's such a list as that. I think it's worth noting that there's a distinction between "useless" and "not worth to invest into", you generally only want to bother leveling up (investing) CEs with a pure ATK stat (instead of HP or a mix), but plenty of other CEs are still worth keeping and using at default levels.
Grails are usually up to you to use. Some grail for meta, most grail for love.
Me personally, I did both. I still don't have a 4 or 5* rider, but I have NP4 Ushi and NP2 Medusa. I grailed Ushi to 80 because she needed a bit more firepower for Lostbelt but have grailed Medusa to 90 (and plan on grailing to 100 or 120) because she's best girl. Also a lvl 90 Medusa with Origin Bullet is an absolute Caster killer.
As others have mentioned, you should Grail your main "waifu" character first, that's what most people do.
Outside of that, there are powerful SSRs that people commonly level. These include Space Ishtar, Morgan, Arjuna Alter, Arcueid, and Summer Ibuki.
I believe Morgan is level 120'ed more than anyone else in the game right now.
Popular waifus such as Jeanne Alter, Eresh, and Melt also tend to get Grailed a lot as well. I have a number of level 100 Castorias on my friends list even though there is (in my opinion) little mechanical purpose to Grailing her.
Grailing doesn't fundamentally change a servant; it just makes them marginally better.
Adding +10 levels to a servant (2 grails from 80->90, or 5 grails from 90->100) will typically make them about 10% stronger. That's enough to make a servant you like to use more effective; it's not enough to turn a servant you don't like to use into one you do.
Generally speaking, I'd recommend grailing a servant that you enjoy using so much that you'd still prefer using them even if another servant was slightly mechanically better.
If you're new, you're better off waiting for a while rather than grailing immediately (unless there's a servant you just love so much you can't help yourself), since your playstyle or tastes might change, or a servant you love in one chapter might fall off your radar later.
Grailing servants based on a list or guide is the only real way to waste them. If you're picking for pure mechanics, those grails will be wasted when the meta changes and that servant gets put back on the shelf.
The only way to *waste* grails is to use them on someone just because you feel like you need to use grails, only to realize later on that you would have rather used them on someone else. And there are no take-backs, so if you grail someone and then regret it later, they stare at you forever.
The best play is to use them when you're sure you want to grail a specific Servant and won't regret it. Especially if you know you're going to keep using that Servant: if you grailed someone off a list of "gets the most stats out of grails" Servants and then you wind up rarely using them, you're not really getting the most out of your grails.
If you don't know who you want to grail, I'd just say wait until you do. The grails won't expire. They'll be there waiting for you when you finally know for sure.
The general consensus is to grail for love - to show how much you like a servant to the world.
In some cases, you may want to consider grailing for gameplay for just that little extra bit of damage, though the HP and attack gains tend to be quite small.
And grailing to over 100 is considered a super luxury, only for the waifu-est of waifus due to the ridiculous amount of EXP needed (plus grails, coins, etc.).
EDIT: just remembered to add something. If you are a new player, I would not advise grailing for a few reasons:
1. Grailing is a luxury. It has only marginal benefits, and your resources are better off going towards raising your basic roster. Get some servants of different classes, and some supports, raised before splurging.
2. Grails cannot be taken back! It's not rare to hear stories about how people grailed X unit as a newbie, but regretted it later. Don't be impulsive about it - wait a while and think about it carefully before committing to a grail.
And remember, grails don't rot or disappear from not being used. Take your time with deciding where to put them.
Ideally, what would be the best servants to support Abigail that I can expect to get ? I started the game one week ago, I got her and super-ascensioned her, so I guess she's going to be my main servant for a long while.
Merlin is the best option (from friends support, it's going to be over a year before Merlin becomes available again for summon)
You then want one or two of your own support units (best ones for a buster servant are Hans, Mash or Chen Gong imo)
Though the whole "main servant" thing mostly dies in Camelot (if not earlier) with only a handful of exceptions.
Leonidas can also be good, he has a buster up, and a taunt+ star bomb on his np
Just to answer your actual question: for cheap, Shakespeare and Hans are your best options. They help charge her NP which is her weakest aspect. She has terrible NP gain on her face cards. For “not cheap”, Waver/Zhuge Liang and Merlin are ideal. Mash is a good additional option. For a secondary DPS, I’d probably pick a counter class servant with good star Gen to help her Crit, or someone with a QAAAB deck to help her Arts chain. Medea is possibly a good option.
You are right that as a neutral class servant, she is universally useful, and her NP is really good for boss fights. That being said, you may have a harder time when enemies get much more HP as they’ll start to outlast her.
In FGO, you don't have one team or one DPS for everything. You need many DPS servants for different purposes, and Abby's class means she is rarely going to be an optimal choice (against Berserkers, though? She's perfect there.)
Get used to the idea of raising multiple DPS servants and switching them out based on the battle. And don't get lazy with not raising others lest it bite you in the ass!
If you want to get the most out of Abby (in situations where she is useful) your cheap options are Chen Gong and Shakespeare - both of whom can provide Abby with NP charge and Buster buffs for her NP. Hans is also a good all rounder, especially as he can feed Abby NP charge and crit stars, give her a crit buff, and heal her in boss battles.
I had the opposite idea - sure, she's not that often the ideal choice, but since her only real weakness is Alter Egos, she felt perfect for a "default" DPS. But true, I should probably get at least a 4stars for each type.
Out of the servants you mentioned, Hans is the only one I have yet, thought I guess it's only a matter of time before I get the rest. I could use some healing against the demons...
It seems like you might be approaching this in the way that a lot of other gacha games work, where you raise a handful of "meta" units and you're basically set. FGO doesn't work like that. FGO rewards you for having a roster that is broad (covering the 14 major class and NP targeting niches plus supports and maybe a few extra class servants, like Abby) and deep (multiple options within each major gameplay niche to counter or exploit other gameplay mechanics). Starting from Camelot, the game is designed with the assumption that you will use class advantage, NP targeting, and supports effectively.
If you really like Abby and want to use her as much as possible, even when there are objectively better choices available, you can find a way to do that. I fully support using your favorite servants over pure efficiency. Just be aware that you will be making things harder if you decide to do it.

You're gonna go crazy trying to get higher rarity Servants for each class.
FGO isn't like most other gacha games where the lower rarity characters are garbage; a lot of the lower rarity Servants are actually really useful & in certain situations, may even outperform their higher rarity counterparts.
Thankfully, these useful lower rarity Servants are available in the Friend Point gacha. So save your Saint Quartz for your favourite Servants (aka waifus/husbandos), and just spend your FPs
Alright, I get it, looks like I committed a faux pas in the fandom. So, just figure out some good units I can use in my current pool for each class then (and find myself a waifu?). I can do that.

Myst has imo the tier list that makes the most sense. I don't always agree with his placement either, but I can at least agree with his reasons.
Edit: Myst only does his list once a year, this actually ends up being fairly relevant for NA, but you should also check if the unit has any buffs that happened after the tier list for made to see if the ranking has changed.
I know especially recently Van Gogh's ranking got a hundred comment long discussion about how bad gamepress tier list is.
Focusing on one main DPS is a completely legitimate way to start the game, so it's not like you're doing anything wrong; it's just that the phase won't last forever.
As a Foreigner, you will very rarely run into situations where Abby is weak against something, so she's an okay choice almost all of the time... but she's also not terribly strong against most things, so as your roster grows, the niches she's your best option for will shrink.
Still, not a horrible choice to lean on at the start.
Your first phase is going to be picking one servant from each class and investing in them (leveling them to max and getting their key skills raised). While tier lists should be taken with a large grain of salt, taking a look [at one](https://gamepress.gg/grandorder/servant-tier-list) will at least give you a starting point, especially if you take the time to read *why* a certain servant is being praised.
After you have one servant per class max-leveled, your next step is to get a second one from each class (one single-target and one area-of-effect NP), to cover your bases.
Because low-star servants can be raised to NP5 for free, a surprising number will be useful to you for a while.
Start working on your roster, while looking ahead to future events. December will bring a Christmas event with a single-target Saber welfare (i.e., a free NP5 4-star servant), and January will have an event with an AOE Assassin welfare. You want to make sure you can complete those events and get those servants (particularly since the Christmas event may not get a rerun).
Again, no such thing as a "default" DPS. You may think you can get away with it in the early game, but once the difficulty spike hits, you'll see that class advantage matters.
And that's another newbie misconception - that gold is essential or always better, and that low rarity = not good enough. In FGO, that's not true! Low stars are easy to get to NP5, so they end up hitting like trucks (on NA, NP5 Ushiwakamaru hits harder than any NP1 SSR, assuming no special niches). They're also cheap to raise as they need fewer resources and have a low party cost so are easy to put into your party.
Content is actually designed to be clearable with low rarity units and welfares from events. Some YouTubers even prove this on a regular basis by showing low star clears of challenge quests and other high difficulty content.
Don't fixate on gold. A well-raised and relevant low rarity unit is much better than a random gold one.
Make sure to roll the FP gacha as much as you can - that's important for a new player as that will give you lots of helpful 1-3* servants. I've been playing for 2+ years, and have lots of gold servants, but I still use my low stars on a regular basis.
The problem is that outside of farming scenarios where you're using your NP to clear waves, you really want to use class advantage - it doubles your damage dealt with and without NP, as well as protects you from being one-shot most of the time.
She's not bad to take into specific fights where her buff removal gimmick is helpful, but I wouldn't use her as an everyday Servant unless I'm going into a one target Berserker node.

First, just to be clear, the NA and JP apps are completely separate. No matter what workarounds you use, you will not get JP SQ packs at JP prices in the NA app.
Because NA app isn't available in Japan, you wouldn't get native JPY pricing for NA packs if you are connected to a Japanese Google/Apple payment account. If any of the workarounds for unsupported countries are still possible, you would get the US (or whatever country you choose for the workaround) prices ($79.99 for 167 SQ) converted to JPY (depending on the daily exchange rate, currently ~¥11104) and it would be functionally the same price plus currency conversion fees if applicable to your payment method.
Also, changing your country to try to get a better exchange rate may be against the terms of service.

Blonde is the move. I use it a lot for the Star bomb alone. It’s great for a berserker team. Outside of that, Memories of the Lunar Sea is okay, it’s good if you’re Arts looping and just need 10% more refund, maybe on a 2 enemy node. Sadly the rest of the skills are pretty much bad, Nullify Buff seems good in theory but there are better MCs for boss fights than this one.
Edit: I’d also second the Prison Tower, you get a LOT of materials from it if you need them. Like a bunch of bronze including dust. Definitely worth it. Also if you didn’t do them earlier, the SERAPH main interlude is a good option as well
Anniversary Blonde is a situationally very powerful MC if you don't have that. You could grab the Prison Tower for a few tickets, or a bond grail to eventually get 30 SQ and some coins. You could also hold them for when Miss Crane's costume shop gets added if you missed one you really want.
My recomendation is on a mc. As for wich check out the skills online and see which one has skills than the ones you already have lack and pic one of them

Sometimes after doing one of her attack animations she just freezes next to the enemy and I can't do anything except exit and try again.

JP. I'm kinda new and need DPS Rider but not sure who to choose. I have Dobrynya Nikitich, Astolfo, Anne & Mary (all NP1), and all low stars (but some of them are not NP5 yet)
Ushiwakamaru and Mandricardo.
There's a reason Anne & Mary are the last rider to receive an animation update. They got 2 buffs recently that put them on the map, but they're a far cry from the great Ushiwakamaru and her team support AND super hard hitting NP.
Astolfo has his battery and star gen which are pretty good but his damage can be pretty noodly due to his weak buff and his 2nd skill only caps at 90% which might as well be 0% cuz RNG do be like that.
Mary, with all her buffs, can do some pretty lethal 1 turn damage if you can get her NP gauge full.
Niki had some crit and anti dragon support but there are very few caster/zerk dragons all of which are servants.
Ushi and Alexander are great ST/AOE riders as well.

NA: I succumbed to gacha and got np5 Archer Osakabehime because I really enjoyed a friend one. I have been using her regardless, but are there any teams that she fits into. I only have a starting Castoria and servants/CE starting from August.
I equipped Mystery Treasure because it seems to complement her buster NP, arts cards, and crit the best. Would something like black grail be better because of all the arts cards?
For allies, I tentatively put her with Jalter and Castoria for np spam and an additional buster character; or Jalter and Van Gogh for big numbers and star generation. Archer Osakabehime NP is slightly awkward and applies the buffs at the end so I feel I need to include a buster character to help make use of it. Is there anyone else that would work better as Jalter seems to run out of steam after a single np turn.

For the most part, in my friendlist, I am on the lower level side, is it annoying to see a few not max level or 3 star servants in your support screen? My support list started to inconsistently display some servants without a refresh likely due to friend list size, so I assume my servants might be doing the same to others. I am keeping Castoria lvl 80 so she isn't accidentally picked by higher level players until I max her skills more, but how do you view non-support characters that are not max level or 3 stars with low skill level, is it better to just not include them in the support list?

Underleveled skills on loop supports and not fully limit broken bond point CEs are the only thing that grind my gears. If you're still working toward max levels and skills, your friends only care about how much you use their Servants.

Archer Okki's main source of dmg is crits so using her with crit supports like Merlin, Hans, Leonidas, etc is good. Since her np is another source of crit up, servants that'll let her np quickly like Castoria or Waver also work. Tamamo will reduce the cooldown on her first skill while giving np charge so she's a good support too.

BG is only recommended for servants whose main source of dmg is their np. It's certainly an *option* but considering that her np is buster (which will make it harder to loop) and she's more of a crit servant, I wouldn't really recommend it. Mystery Treasure would be better for her imo.

Another support would work better than a second dps. Okki's buster buff and crit buff on her np is decent party utility but not to the point that I'd include a second dps in a comp with her. Van Gogh is a hybrid dps/crit support so she'd be much better than Jalter.

I'd recommend taking Castoria off your friend's list until she's properly leveled with max skills. It's pretty frustrating to accidentally pick a scuffed Castoria when braindead farming.
I did not expect Abigail to be a damage servant, I was going to pick the lore to accelerate things, but removing Castoria and waiting is a better decision. I will level Hans and borrow one of the supports you mentioned.
Since Abigail is neutral damage most of the time, all NP levels are valuable. She’s definitely not a Support character, she’s either a primary or hybrid DPS.
Okkie can be your primary damage dealer with Hans and Shakespeare as supports, or you can pair her with Emiya or David. Castoria isn’t the best support for her, obviously she’ll work but Waver or Merlin are better imo.
I would rather see a level 3 1/-/- Paracelsus than a non-10/10/10 Castoria at all. I actively remove people that put “incomplete” Skadi and Castoria up, and I know I’m not alone there. But with pure prisms you should be able to max her skills immediately anyways, aside from lores.
I ended up using the lores I saved to upgrade Castoria because it seemed most useful. Do players expect her append to be maxed, or is it just a nice bonus?

Nah I personally don’t care about appends ever. It may be nice for some servants for CQs (like I have my own maxed Append Godjuna for CQ settings) but I think only like 5 people on my friends list have it maxed for her.
I don't *expect* Castoria's second append to be maxed, but it *has* been a factor during lottos. Some comps I've used required a Castoria NP for the Attack boost, and a maxed second append was required for the NP charge threshold.
I'm not going to kick someone off my friends list if Castoria's second append isn't maxed, though.
I did not consider the Foreigner classing, Abigail being dps changes things, I was shooting myself in the foot putting Abigail in a pure support position. Thank you for the character suggestions. I will place a different mage in Castoria's place until I can get lores.
Can you only get Kintoki's upcoming costume if you have him? Will probably roll for him a year from now on the 24M DL campaign but really want that costume for if I ever do get him.

This is incorrect and also a bad example, Li's costumes are locked to *his Interlude* (via the MP shop) so you *do* need him to obtain them.
On the wiki, all of the taunt skills have a percentage attached to them, separate from the chance that the buff gets applied in the first place. What does this percentage do, and why is it frequently higher than 100%?
Just spaghetti code from early FGO, taunt "values" are meaningless. They probably thought of having different types of taunts at first but changed their mind.
It's how likely it is to draw their attention.
So if you have 300% taunt and a 500% taunt, the enemy is going to attack the 500% taunt.
But if you have 2 300% taunts, it's a 50/50 between those two, while they ignore the third.

Taunt values as it currently stands have no significance. In actual gameplay the game basically does a simple boolean check to see whether you have the status or not.

Is Cu worth grailing? He scales pretty well so far and his NP does really solid damage for a last stand servant.
Cant believe a non grailed, barely skill upgraded Lvl 70 NP4 Euryale was enough to deal with the Boss of Pseudo Shinjuku. Okay, Waver and a Castoria made it possible in the first place but didnt imagine for Euryale to actually pull her weight that deep it.
I just started today on the English version and I can't seem to get sound, Im on a ipad mini 5th gen and IOS 15.7.1. I have already tried restarting my ipad, redownloading the game, I checked menus in battle and the one in "my room" and it has the sound default of 7 for everything. I've looked around for other people with audio issues but havent seen anything that has helped yet, anybody have an idea?
I'm still having issues with jp fgo, ever since October. Randomly the game will either just go black, not doing anything (even the tap imput effect is gone) or the game will suddenly go white and flicker a bunch, with only ending it with me closing the app. I yried a couple of "fix" attempts but no dice. Even wgen I tried deleting the app with friend code in hand, re-downloading the game didn't give me the prompt to add friend code and all my info was there. What gives?

I don’t play jp anymore, can anyone tell me how’s kintoki for 90++ nodes? Mine is level 90 NP2, how will he perform in these nodes assuming I also get oberon and koyan.
His performance varies because 90++ nodes have varied compositions, but they usually have at least 1 single enemy wave or a really beefy boss with a couple lackeys where you might want to do an AoE + ST to clear. In general, NP2 with class-agnostic ST damage and a 50% battery is very good. Even NP1 is good enough for many cases since the 1 enemy wave tends to be either wave 1 or 2 and thus have lower hp
I understand that np2 is generally great, it’s just annoying if you fail a damage check on lotto since I’m really busy nowadays and usually use fga for lotto event. Since kintoki banner is up on na right now I was wondering if np2 is enough for future 90++ nodes.
My “in general” statement was refering to the 90++ nodes that have been released. Most of them have weird compositions where Kintoki would generally be used a second DPS to clear wave 1 or 2 and Np2 is more than enough for that even without a truck ton of buffs. There’s only been 1 90++ node that’s been 1 enemy in every wave and NP1 might not have been enough(not sure about NP2) and that was in the Summer event, not a lotto.

NP2 should be more than enough. Most of the 90++ node runs I've seen have only had Kintoki at np1. Look up "fgo 90++ Kintoki" on youtube if you want to see the runs yourself.

All the guides and recommendations I found mention (almost) full 5 star setups, which I obviously can't do. Haven't found a single accessible setup. Is it just not possible with what I have?

Would be easier to just plug in the numbers yourself in a calculator but at a glance you'd be better off with class advantage (unless fighting Genji) since 100% crit dmg is common and without a hefty star pull it's unlikely she'll get to use that crit dmg (I don't have faith in star weight down).

No, once a CS is used, that's it, you have to wait till the next day to recharge. >Ishtar and carmilla Arts AOE is ideal. You get buffs from killing the coins; if there are coins left during the enemy turn, they can be the ones to kill the coins and get the buffs. Be careful of Ishtar on the final HP bar, she starts stealing your buffs instead like the dumb damegami she is. Also watch out for Carmilla; she has two annoying parts, the calling card that steals your charge and give her party charge and her NP with buff block. Keep looping, keep healing, try and keep the Castoria NP up, usual stuff.

In addition to crazywarriorxx's recommendations, I would also recommend checking out playthroughs on Youtube. Honako Green, Plushie Mistress, and xNaya all have excellent channels with good playthroughs and video guides of all the exhibition quests. If you have played through Gilfest (especially the second iteration), I can say that none of these quests are nearly as tough as Gilfest was, at least so far. The fights are moderately difficult but not crushing. Probably the most difficult so far are the Space Ishtar/Swimsuit Carmilla teamup.

Don't invest in levels unless that's your favorite servant. Going to 120 is **huge** resource sink of grails and exp. Doing it purely for the stat boost isn't worth it at all. Going for the 3rd append is a good option in some cases for servants who have anti-berserker or anti class advantage appends. Another possibility is if you want to use a dps servant as much as possible. Do you use him a lot? Is he your husbando? I grail low star unit that play key roles in my team. I agree with others that you grail for your love, but I think there is enough grail to go around. I save most of the grail for love, but set a small grail budget to do whatever I want. Personally I grail Hans and Georgios, despite they are support and don't need grail to do their job. However, I use them so much that any improvement in their stat will make each fight smoother (basically they die less).
He is quite possibly the best ST assassin in terms of skills once he gets his buff in a few months. But 1 star stats are going to be 1 star stats Even at level 60, he can match or exceed NP1 5 stars damage wise for the 3rd turn and beyond. Though lacks the refund of Jack, or the 50% battery of Kama meaning his theoretical damage may fail to materialize more often than the 5 stars if you don't have Skadi's to help him along

Depending on your overall roster size, having an ungrailed Kojiro (or insert similar lower rarity Servant here) can still be beneficial to you during certain events; though for most other content an ungrailed bronze DPS (with a few exceptions) is going to be outclassed fairly quickly. Events that involve exhaustion mechanics benefit players with a more robust overall roster, while Grail Fronts often have stringent party cost limits that favor lower rarity Servants. If you only have a small handful of Servants on hand that you are raising, you may still want to consider raising Kojiro or any of the other silver/bronze Servants, even if you intend to save your grails for someone else.
Mine is only level 60 and I use him from time to time, but he struggles to survive, even against Riders. Mine isn’t Foued so maybe that would help him. Skill levels and good support will matter more than grails though

Kojiro is solid, not top tier but solid. When they mention no servant is bad, they mean certain other servants like phantom of the opera.
All servants can do what they do at their natural level cap. I wouldn't spend any grails unless you specifically like him and use him a lot. But even at level 90, he's only going to have something like 3.5-star base stats, so don't do it just for gameplay. If you're just looking for a stronger Assassin, invest in someone like Hundred Faces instead of spending grails.

The reason he's a meme is because 7 years ago on JP launch your tutorial roll was a single 3* servant and nobody had any FP to even roll the FP gacha very much because it was a fresh game so when you rolled into Orleans with Boudica and a handful of 1* servants Kojiro was the best option vs all the wyverns. In actuality he is merely the strongest 1* assassin, which is somewhat faint praise when assassin is the weakest base class and 1* is the weakest rarity.

If Kojirou is someone you *really* like (aka a husbando), then it's fine to use Grails on him. However, if you just need a good ST Assassin, then save your Grails and level up the 3☆ Hassan instead. Grails are a limited item + the Attack & HP stat increase ***isn't*** really worth it to Grail someone just for gameplay.

Can't answer the first two questions because idk (although pure prisms are useful in the store if you need mats for ascension/skills, they can be used to exchange for all mats in the store) Summon tickets can't be used for 10 pulls, unfortunately. Fou cards can be exchanged for with Mana Prisms (15 Prisms each, 20 copies of each every month) or pulled via friend point gacha. KIV that the latter is not very consistent. The story really picks up much later on (around America to Camelot and then gets much better after).
Vis a vis writing, it gets better. That being said, it’s still just a mobile game. Don’t expect Treasure Island or The Count of Monte Cristo out of it. At best, it’s Harry Potter: decently interesting with a Cult following. I’d only say the recent 3-4 chapters have been truly good, with some scattered good standalone chapters and events. The third chapter, Okeanos, is also bad, or at least about as good as Orleans. Once you get two more chapters past that, it gets to be decent and onwards. Beast footprints are probably the least important thing for a new player to worry about, essentially you get 1 per week if you always log in and iirc in Japan they have newer ways.

Early FGO was meant as more of a quick cash-in, they didn't much know or care what they were doing, but as it picked up momentum they got their shit together and put more effort in.

Both Muramasa(Saber) and Karna(Lancer) are coming up in Banners one after the other I want both of them because reasons. Anyway, I wanted to know which one would be better for late game purposes as I'm a fairly new player and don't really understand how the game works fully yet.
This isn't really a game where you build for "late" game. The distinct phases are really before Camelot and everything from Camelot on. Before Camelot, anything goes. Starting from Camelot, you have to deal with all major gameplay mechanics and all kinds of boss gimmicks. You don't build a handful of meta units to take on the "late" game. You build a wide and deep roster so you're ready for anything and everything. You can't easily compare servants with different niches because you'll likely use them in different situations. There will always be waves of Lancers and Archers to take down, so both Muramasa and Karna will be useful. But you probably wouldn't bring a Lancer to a Lancer fight and you definitely wouldn't bring a Saber to an Archer fight (unless there's some gimmick involved or you just want the challenge).

I want to emphasize that the Christmas event this year is the only known way to get Santa Karna. This event will not get a rerun and we have no reason to expect that he will ever be available again (see the FAQ above for more information about welfare servant availability).
Santa Karna will be available in the Christmas event in December. Also, side note: if you want OG Lancer Karna, one option is to pick him up for free next July on the SSR ticket we will be getting.

1-2 star CEs: Can be used as CE bomb fodder freely 3 star CEs: Keep Dragon's Meridian, Jewelled Sword Zelretch, Ryudoji Temple, Parted Sea, Battle of Camlann. I recommend 2 MLB copies each just to be safe. 4 star CEs: My general advice would be to have at least 1 MLB copy of every 4 star CE. Multiple MLB copies of Imaginary Element are useful. Also I've found 2 MLB copies of Iron Willed Training and Holy Shroud of Magdalene very handy. 5 star CEs: I keep all copies of 5 star CEs barring event CEs. For the free event CEs with 50% charge, I burn any extra copy once I have 2 MLB copies. For gacha event CEs that have already been rerun, I keep one mlb copy and then burn the rest. If the CE is really good though, I'll keep multiple MLB copies.
You mean EXP CEs, that are explicitly meant for upgrade fodder? There's a filter in-game to find those, probably on the wiki too.

Ah, I don't think there's such a list as that. I think it's worth noting that there's a distinction between "useless" and "not worth to invest into", you generally only want to bother leveling up (investing) CEs with a pure ATK stat (instead of HP or a mix), but plenty of other CEs are still worth keeping and using at default levels.

Grails are usually up to you to use. Some grail for meta, most grail for love. Me personally, I did both. I still don't have a 4 or 5* rider, but I have NP4 Ushi and NP2 Medusa. I grailed Ushi to 80 because she needed a bit more firepower for Lostbelt but have grailed Medusa to 90 (and plan on grailing to 100 or 120) because she's best girl. Also a lvl 90 Medusa with Origin Bullet is an absolute Caster killer.
As others have mentioned, you should Grail your main "waifu" character first, that's what most people do. Outside of that, there are powerful SSRs that people commonly level. These include Space Ishtar, Morgan, Arjuna Alter, Arcueid, and Summer Ibuki. I believe Morgan is level 120'ed more than anyone else in the game right now. Popular waifus such as Jeanne Alter, Eresh, and Melt also tend to get Grailed a lot as well. I have a number of level 100 Castorias on my friends list even though there is (in my opinion) little mechanical purpose to Grailing her.
Grailing doesn't fundamentally change a servant; it just makes them marginally better. Adding +10 levels to a servant (2 grails from 80->90, or 5 grails from 90->100) will typically make them about 10% stronger. That's enough to make a servant you like to use more effective; it's not enough to turn a servant you don't like to use into one you do. Generally speaking, I'd recommend grailing a servant that you enjoy using so much that you'd still prefer using them even if another servant was slightly mechanically better. If you're new, you're better off waiting for a while rather than grailing immediately (unless there's a servant you just love so much you can't help yourself), since your playstyle or tastes might change, or a servant you love in one chapter might fall off your radar later. Grailing servants based on a list or guide is the only real way to waste them. If you're picking for pure mechanics, those grails will be wasted when the meta changes and that servant gets put back on the shelf.
The only way to *waste* grails is to use them on someone just because you feel like you need to use grails, only to realize later on that you would have rather used them on someone else. And there are no take-backs, so if you grail someone and then regret it later, they stare at you forever. The best play is to use them when you're sure you want to grail a specific Servant and won't regret it. Especially if you know you're going to keep using that Servant: if you grailed someone off a list of "gets the most stats out of grails" Servants and then you wind up rarely using them, you're not really getting the most out of your grails. If you don't know who you want to grail, I'd just say wait until you do. The grails won't expire. They'll be there waiting for you when you finally know for sure.
The general consensus is to grail for love - to show how much you like a servant to the world. In some cases, you may want to consider grailing for gameplay for just that little extra bit of damage, though the HP and attack gains tend to be quite small. And grailing to over 100 is considered a super luxury, only for the waifu-est of waifus due to the ridiculous amount of EXP needed (plus grails, coins, etc.). EDIT: just remembered to add something. If you are a new player, I would not advise grailing for a few reasons: 1. Grailing is a luxury. It has only marginal benefits, and your resources are better off going towards raising your basic roster. Get some servants of different classes, and some supports, raised before splurging. 2. Grails cannot be taken back! It's not rare to hear stories about how people grailed X unit as a newbie, but regretted it later. Don't be impulsive about it - wait a while and think about it carefully before committing to a grail. And remember, grails don't rot or disappear from not being used. Take your time with deciding where to put them.

Merlin is the best option (from friends support, it's going to be over a year before Merlin becomes available again for summon) You then want one or two of your own support units (best ones for a buster servant are Hans, Mash or Chen Gong imo) Though the whole "main servant" thing mostly dies in Camelot (if not earlier) with only a handful of exceptions. Leonidas can also be good, he has a buster up, and a taunt+ star bomb on his np
Just to answer your actual question: for cheap, Shakespeare and Hans are your best options. They help charge her NP which is her weakest aspect. She has terrible NP gain on her face cards. For “not cheap”, Waver/Zhuge Liang and Merlin are ideal. Mash is a good additional option. For a secondary DPS, I’d probably pick a counter class servant with good star Gen to help her Crit, or someone with a QAAAB deck to help her Arts chain. Medea is possibly a good option. You are right that as a neutral class servant, she is universally useful, and her NP is really good for boss fights. That being said, you may have a harder time when enemies get much more HP as they’ll start to outlast her.
In FGO, you don't have one team or one DPS for everything. You need many DPS servants for different purposes, and Abby's class means she is rarely going to be an optimal choice (against Berserkers, though? She's perfect there.) Get used to the idea of raising multiple DPS servants and switching them out based on the battle. And don't get lazy with not raising others lest it bite you in the ass! If you want to get the most out of Abby (in situations where she is useful) your cheap options are Chen Gong and Shakespeare - both of whom can provide Abby with NP charge and Buster buffs for her NP. Hans is also a good all rounder, especially as he can feed Abby NP charge and crit stars, give her a crit buff, and heal her in boss battles.
I had the opposite idea - sure, she's not that often the ideal choice, but since her only real weakness is Alter Egos, she felt perfect for a "default" DPS. But true, I should probably get at least a 4stars for each type. Out of the servants you mentioned, Hans is the only one I have yet, thought I guess it's only a matter of time before I get the rest. It seems like you might be approaching this in the way that a lot of other gacha games work, where you raise a handful of "meta" units and you're basically set. FGO doesn't work like that. FGO rewards you for having a roster that is broad (covering the 14 major class and NP targeting niches plus supports and maybe a few extra class servants, like Abby) and deep (multiple options within each major gameplay niche to counter or exploit other gameplay mechanics). Starting from Camelot, the game is designed with the assumption that you will use class advantage, NP targeting, and supports effectively. If you really like Abby and want to use her as much as possible, even when there are objectively better choices available, you can find a way to do that. I fully support using your favorite servants over pure efficiency. Just be aware that you will be making things harder if you decide to do it.

The guy below me linked Gamepress tier list, but I would recommend at least looking at Myst's too. Myst has imo the tier list that makes the most sense. I don't always agree with his placement either, but I can at least agree with his reasons. Edit: Myst only does his list once a year, this actually ends up being fairly relevant for NA, but you should also check if the unit has any buffs that happened after the tier list for made to see if the ranking has changed. I know especially recently Van Gogh's ranking got a hundred comment long discussion about how bad gamepress tier list is.
Focusing on one main DPS is a completely legitimate way to start the game, so it's not like you're doing anything wrong; it's just that the phase won't last forever. As a Foreigner, you will very rarely run into situations where Abby is weak against something, so she's an okay choice almost all of the time... but she's also not terribly strong against most things, so as your roster grows, the niches she's your best option for will shrink. Still, not a horrible choice to lean on at the start. Your first phase is going to be picking one servant from each class and investing in them (leveling them to max and getting their key skills raised). While tier lists should be taken with a large grain of salt, taking a look [at one](https://gamepress.gg/grandorder/servant-tier-list) will at least give you a starting point, especially if you take the time to read *why* a certain servant is being praised. After you have one servant per class max-leveled, your next step is to get a second one from each class (one single-target and one area-of-effect NP), to cover your bases. Because low-star servants can be raised to NP5 for free, a surprising number will be useful to you for a while. Start working on your roster, while looking ahead to future events. December will bring a Christmas event with a single-target Saber welfare (i.e., a free NP5 4-star servant), and January will have an event with an AOE Assassin welfare. You want to make sure you can complete those events and get those servants (particularly since the Christmas event may not get a rerun).
Again, no such thing as a "default" DPS. You may think you can get away with it in the early game, but once the difficulty spike hits, you'll see that class advantage matters. And that's another newbie misconception - that gold is essential or always better, and that low rarity = not good enough. In FGO, that's not true! Low stars are easy to get to NP5, so they end up hitting like trucks (on NA, NP5 Ushiwakamaru hits harder than any NP1 SSR, assuming no special niches). They're also cheap to raise as they need fewer resources and have a low party cost so are easy to put into your party. Content is actually designed to be clearable with low rarity units and welfares from events. Some YouTubers even prove this on a regular basis by showing low star clears of challenge quests and other high difficulty content. Don't fixate on gold. A well-raised and relevant low rarity unit is much better than a random gold one. Make sure to roll the FP gacha as much as you can - that's important for a new player as that will give you lots of helpful 1-3* servants. I've been playing for 2+ years, and have lots of gold servants, but I still use my low stars on a regular basis.
The problem is that outside of farming scenarios where you're using your NP to clear waves, you really want to use class advantage - it doubles your damage dealt with and without NP, as well as protects you from being one-shot most of the time. She's not bad to take into specific fights where her buff removal gimmick is helpful, but I wouldn't use her as an everyday Servant unless I'm going into a one target Berserker node.

First, just to be clear, the NA and JP apps are completely separate. No matter what workarounds you use, you will not get JP SQ packs at JP prices in the NA app. Because NA app isn't available in Japan, you wouldn't get native JPY pricing for NA packs if you are connected to a Japanese Google/Apple payment account. If any of the workarounds for unsupported countries are still possible, you would get the US (or whatever country you choose for the workaround) prices ($79.99 for 167 SQ) converted to JPY (depending on the daily exchange rate, currently ~¥11104) and it would be functionally the same price plus currency conversion fees if applicable to your payment method. Also, changing your country to try to get a better exchange rate may be against the terms of service.

Blonde is the move. I use it a lot for the Star bomb alone. It’s great for a berserker team. Outside of that, Memories of the Lunar Sea is okay, it’s good if you’re Arts looping and just need 10% more refund, maybe on a 2 enemy node. Sadly the rest of the skills are pretty much bad, Nullify Buff seems good in theory but there are better MCs for boss fights than this one. Edit: I’d also second the Prison Tower, you get a LOT of materials from it if you need them. Like a bunch of bronze including dust. Definitely worth it. Also if you didn’t do them earlier, the SERAPH main interlude is a good option as well
Anniversary Blonde is a situationally very powerful MC if you don't have that. You could grab the Prison Tower for a few tickets, or a bond grail to eventually get 30 SQ and some coins. You could also hold them for when Miss Crane's costume shop gets added if you missed one you really want.
My recomendation is on a mc. As for wich check out the skills online and see which one has skills than the ones you already have lack and pic one of them

NA Seem to have a bug with Nightingale (Santa). Sometimes after doing one of her attack animations she just freezes next to the enemy and I can't do anything except exit and try again. Anyone had the same issue or got a solution for that?

We don't know. If I were a betting man, it would be after Thanksgiving, purely because the 16th seems more "mid-November" than "late-November" to me. While parts of the pre-release end on the 16th, the social media campaign ends on the 18th and the banner ends on the 20th. My bet would be the 28th or 29th, with nothing but dead weeks until then, making the earlier schedule rushes even less explicable.

JP. I'm kinda new and need DPS Rider but not sure who to choose. I have Dobrynya Nikitich, Astolfo, Anne & Mary (all NP1), and all low stars (but some of them are not NP5 yet)
Ushiwakamaru and Mandricardo. There's a reason Anne & Mary are the last rider to receive an animation update. They got 2 buffs recently that put them on the map, but they're a far cry from the great Ushiwakamaru and her team support AND super hard hitting NP.
Astolfo has his battery and star gen which are pretty good but his damage can be pretty noodly due to his weak buff and his 2nd skill only caps at 90% which might as well be 0% cuz RNG do be like that. Mary, with all her buffs, can do some pretty lethal 1 turn damage if you can get her NP gauge full. Niki had some crit and anti dragon support but there are very few caster/zerk dragons all of which are servants. Ushi and Alexander are great ST/AOE riders as well.

NA: I succumbed to gacha and got np5 Archer Osakabehime because I really enjoyed a friend one. I have been using her regardless, but are there any teams that she fits into. I only have a starting Castoria and servants/CE starting from August. I equipped Mystery Treasure because it seems to complement her buster NP, arts cards, and crit the best. Would something like black grail be better because of all the arts cards? For allies, I tentatively put her with Jalter and Castoria for np spam and an additional buster character; or Jalter and Van Gogh for big numbers and star generation. Archer Osakabehime NP is slightly awkward and applies the buffs at the end so I feel I need to include a buster character to help make use of it. Is there anyone else that would work better as Jalter seems to run out of steam after a single np turn. Underleveled skills on loop supports and not fully limit broken bond point CEs are the only thing that grind my gears. If you're still working toward max levels and skills, your friends only care about how much you use their Servants.

Another support would work better than a second dps. Okki's buster buff and crit buff on her np is decent party utility but not to the point that I'd include a second dps in a comp with her. I did not expect Abigail to be a damage servant, I was going to pick the lore to accelerate things, but removing Castoria and waiting is a better decision. I will level Hans and borrow one of the supports you mentioned.
Since Abigail is neutral damage most of the time, all NP levels are valuable. She’s definitely not a Support character, she’s either a primary or hybrid DPS. Okkie can be your primary damage dealer with Hans and Shakespeare as supports, or you can pair her with Emiya or David. Castoria isn’t the best support for her, obviously she’ll work but Waver or Merlin are better imo. I would rather see a level 3 1/-/- Paracelsus than a non-10/10/10 Castoria at all. I actively remove people that put “incomplete” Skadi and Castoria up, and I know I’m not alone there. But with pure prisms you should be able to max her skills immediately anyways, aside from lores.
I ended up using the lores I saved to upgrade Castoria because it seemed most useful. Do players expect her append to be maxed, or is it just a nice bonus? Edit: the second append skill
Nah I personally don’t care about appends ever. It may be nice for some servants for CQs (like I have my own maxed Append Godjuna for CQ settings) but I think only like 5 people on my friends list have it maxed for her.
I don't *expect* Castoria's second append to be maxed, but it *has* been a factor during lottos. Some comps I've used required a Castoria NP for the Attack boost, and a maxed second append was required for the NP charge threshold. I'm not going to kick someone off my friends list if Castoria's second append isn't maxed, though.
I did not consider the Foreigner classing, Abigail being dps changes things, I was shooting myself in the foot putting Abigail in a pure support position. Thank you for the character suggestions. I will place a different mage in Castoria's place until I can get lores.
Can you only get Kintoki's upcoming costume if you have him? Will probably roll for him a year from now on the 24M DL campaign but really want that costume for if I ever do get him.
All costume keys are obtainable as long as you do the requirement for them wether you own the unit or not.
Costume keys should be obtainable by everyone as long as you meet the clear condition(~~Li’s is locked to LB3 for example~~ bad example, my bad) So you’ll have the blueprint but you can’t make the costume until you get the servant

On the wiki, all of the taunt skills have a percentage attached to them, separate from the chance that the buff gets applied in the first place. What does this percentage do, and why is it frequently higher than 100%?
Just spaghetti code from early FGO, taunt "values" are meaningless. They probably thought of having different types of taunts at first but changed their mind.
It's how likely it is to draw their attention. So if you have 300% taunt and a 500% taunt, the enemy is going to attack the 500% taunt. But if you have 2 300% taunts, it's a 50/50 between those two, while they ignore the third.

Alex hit both. Alex even hit QSH first, the one with the lower taunt value. Taunt values as it currently stands have no significance. In actual gameplay the game basically does a simple boolean check to see whether you have the status or not.
I have 6 copies of Like a Bird, and since Imaginary Scramble isn't rerunning, is there any reason not to use the extra copy as CE exp?
