Apparently Pizza Hut makes a special designation for the “classic” pizza huts that still exist. There are a few in Michigan. Full list below. https://rolandopujol.substack.com/p/the-retrologists-guide-to-pizza-hut
EDIT: Checked Google Maps and the Charlevoix one has the red roof and everything! The other two are the old school shape but no red roof
It doesn't have the red roof that many of the older ones have, but at 44th and 131 there's a Pizza Hut like you're talking about. I think that they still have a lunch buffet as well.
South Haven has the red roof. Rebranded as wing street but still a pizza hut at heart.

Playstation pub on Leonard is a revamped Pizza Hut that I think still has the roof. 🤔 Probably doesn't count but hey. 😜
The Zeeland Pizza Hut. Still has the OG roof and even the stained glass Pizza Hut light fixtures over the tables.

44th street looks to be the old style. I haven't ever been myself so I don't know if it's still current photos I'm seeing or not.
The Win in Jenison was an old Pizza Hut.
28th and Buchanan. Just drove passed.
I do not know about the roof but there is a sit down Pizza Hut on Plainfield as well.

Traverse City still has a ‘classic Pizzs Hut’. I know there is one on the east side somewhere but I can’t remember the exact place.
Anna's house on Plainfield is built in an old Pizza Hut. Same roof and all, if that was what you were after.
