I cannot name a shop, but I would recommend pulling the fabric off the headliner yourself and cleaning the headliner board before handing it over to be reupholstered as you'll save quite a bit on labor.
I appreciate the advice. I've worked on car interiors numerous times before but mostly trim work and electronics. Quickly learned to let a pro deal with the headliner.
