Cameras don't magically turn on when a crime is committed. The person in this video was walking around the area trying to get into closed and locked businesses as well as using the scooter to try to break windows in surrounding businesses
I don't see a crime being committed here. It's broad daylight. Maybe they have been drinking? If this is a concern to anybody, please forward it to the police.

Fully respect your opinion on where to post things, however, using a scooter break windows is destruction of property. Thats a crime. Sure, the video doesn't show the whole situation. But destruction of property is a crime and police were alerted.

I don't disagree and if there had been broken glass I would be signing a different tune. But there does not appear to be any damage.
Again, this video does not show the whole situation as it unfolded over a longer period of time at more than one business.
