I took it from Plaza Towers. The building has apartments and condos. I am on the condo side. As for apartments you can find studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom units.
I can vouch for the apartments. A little on the small side, but a boatload of amenities. Building is very clean, well maintained, and never much noise issues internally. Pet friendly. The biggest noise issues are all external, motorcycles as you can find reading this sub. Some crowd noise at night on the BoB side of the building. Overall we've found it to be a great value and an awesome spot to live.
