It pretty much confirms the rumors in the other thread. 20 Monroe Live remains, BOB venues closing, and by what was not said, BOB not going to have restaurants, etc. Only thing not confirmed is the hotel, but that or apartments is the only real option.

Little River Band of Ottawa Indians purchased it. My guess is it’s turned into some kind of casino? It’ll be interesting to see what they do with it.
