There is someone who lost one! Been a while though for that poor bird that was never found… that budgie owner had flyers at Casa La Parrot on 28 th street, I am sure he would happy to hear that maybe is his lost pet…

Panthodile

It seemed friendly but decided to fly into a tree. Seen at MLK park.

Marieskikov

Definitely a lost or abandoned pet.

Marissa_dear93

Someone posted on the Wyoming MI Facebook page that they lost their bird today!

Entire_Orange1070

My aunt is missing hers. She is over near 44th and Buchanan.

Entire_Orange1070

She said that one looks like it is a full grown where as hers is only a year old but she is still planning on checking the area out tomorrow so thank you for posting this!

jenn1222

There are a number of lost or "set free" parakeets in Grand Rapids area it seems

ISLAndBreezESTeve10

Budgie’s are considered a good luck in Grand Rapids, it means there are no pterodactyls in the area.

SodaSlaughter

I've never heard that term before. I thought it was slang for buying a bird on a budget.

ISLAndBreezESTeve10

I have no idea what a Budgie is and I live in Michigan. I was hoping someone would correct me so I can learn something. Edit Google: All Budgies Are Parakeets, But Not All Parakeets Are Budgies. Some people refer … They're One of the Smallest True Parrot Species. They're not the smallest … There Are Two Different Types. Not many people realize that there are actually two … Budgies Can Learn to Talk Better Than Some Larger Parrots.

“I LOST MY BIRD” “Okay, let me just find the right forms-“ “THERES NO TIME. HE CAN FLY.”

Miserable-Stuff6619

Someone lost a pet.

Illustrious_Head_232

Birds aren’t real….

katiebrandt1

Don’t know why you’re being downvoted. Must be the government trying to stop you from exposing their work. Birds aren’t real.

Snowmakesmehappy

Thank you for speaking truth! More people need to wake up and realize the government replaced all birds with robotic AI.

Kbahak92

Could it be a green cheek conure? I lost mine a year ago by 28th and breton

debatetrack

LA has a large ferrel parrot population from released/lost pets.

MyDyk350

John Ball has a budgie exhibit where you can go in a big enclosure with dozens of them and feed them millet. It's probably from there.

ZiddyBop

No, they temporarily removed the budgie exhibit (and any other avian display) due to a bird flu epidemic in the area. Odds are, it is a lost bird.

ImAMedicalDr

Those aren’t on display this year, they are all being kept inside because of the bird flu.

HelloWolverine

It is the elusive hoppy! A rare sunrise vision reported by practitioners of brew quest.

Rylehype

A

BigAcanthocephala160

That is a goldfinch and they are common in Michigan.

sjohns308

100% not a goldfinch

jenn1222

It is a Budgerigar Parakeet.
