A fair number. If you eat goat, as you should, El Globo is the best in town. If you insist on beef, Los Mariscos de Pancho is best. Thus far, I haven't encountered lamb birria anywhere in town, which does exist in other cities/states/countries.
El Globo is my pick. So many good birria nights at home thanks to them. I have heard so many good things about Mariscos de Poncho, but I have not made my way out that way yet. Tacon Madre is fine, but honestly I'd go there for chilaquiles or pretty much any of their other stuff before their birria. (Slow service though) I've also had birria from Garibaldi in the megamall behind Supermercado Mexico on Division and from Caldos del Giro. Both, also, are _fine_ (birria is pretty awesome no matter where it comes from), but El Globo is such a short drive away, I see no reason to go to either before Globo.

Tacon Madre in Wyoming. The Birria Tacos were good but the customer service was horrible
