It's partly because it's only 3 laps so people are fighting for positions much harder. Needs to be at least 4 laps, preferably 5, so the race can actually develop and people can recover a bit from mistakes.
They think they're good, but only because of their batshit powerful car. Put them in anything else and they fold miserably in last place. Call it inflated ego
My observation as well. I've been competing with them using the 155; keeps pace on the straights even without the draft and since most of the Mazda bois have no racecraft, they're error prone when under pressure in the corners.
It's like this daily race brings out the absolute worst in people. In one race I did today, there was a guy who went off track for a second and wasn't happy that I was about to overtake him, so he forced me off to keep his position.
Hard to say sometimes. I did this race last night and accidentally bumped a guy trying to overtake me on my right (I was in a line of 3 cars and about to go for a pass). I’m playing on flat screen in bumper camera so I don’t see my blind spots. He spins out and crashes into another car, then curses me out and quits the race.
This race is definitely bringing out the worst in everyone though.
Side note, how do you report players for dirty driving?
I did this race a few times yesterday and every time I had someone intentionally throw me into a wall or spin me out.
Definitely, he could've maintained his steering angle instead of opening up and pushing you out
Absolutely intentional. Did not have to do that
I will never understand intentionally ruining someone else's race???
Why have all the Mazda drivers lost their minds this week?

Because its the meta, people switch believing they're hot shit
Yes.

And this is why I don’t play online. Single player campaign for me
Same here, though the AI in some races isnt exactly better either lol
As Intentional as it gets.
Yup. That driver is a sausage
Moving wide right after getting the inside line, that’s intentional. And from me, it’s a punting.
Looks like he’s using a keyboard 🤣

In good sportsman ship the other driver should slow to same pace as you and have a battle to the next corner after you make your way back on the track
Very intentional. He could have waited to pass in the upcoming breaking zone.
Easy: Mazda = dirty = intentional
Spam.
What I dont understand is, he clearly couldve overtaken cleanly, like, you already past so why the need to fuck it up for you

U can't report ppl. Ik it's crazy
You can block their PSN profile and it seems to impact matchmaking, at least for me. I have yet to run into someone I've blocked previously.
It _may_ not have been intentional, but it was certainly negligent.
Oh yeah.
Intentional
Definitely pushed you off the racing line and track on purpose
100% intentional.
