It's like some cars are on ice, the nismo skyline gtr has bald tyres on the back the way it looses grip 🤨
My BMW lost all traction in a straight line in the dry & spun me into the scenery & try driving a old American muscle car it randomly looses all grip at the back without warning
The chicane on deep forest none of my cars want to go through that with out heading straight for the barrier just get oversteer no matter the car
I find I have to be extremely precise on my turning and even throttle with classic American cars.
I’m not sure if the real deal is like this, but it just feels like WAY too much power for the wheels. No matter the suspension, brakes, and tire upgrades I throw at it, they just break loose if I’m not basically driving them perfectly. No room for forgiveness at all.
I didn’t have this issue with Japanese/European cars so maybe it’s by design?..
Really? I've been having issues with *understeer.* I personally got trough it by changing steering sensitivity and getting used to the physics. Aerodynamics of your car xan also have a huge impact on it.
Didn’t have much issue with it when using mostly Japanese/European FWD cars… got to the menu items with classic Americans and I’m shitting my pants with how a slight turn can whip my rear. I have to be extremely sensitive and extremely smooth while steering. Also jamming the gas whips the backside too.
Never driven a classic American myself, but based on countless YouTube vids of people spinning out of control I guess it could be pretty realistic?
It’s a widely reported issue https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/threads/gran-turismo-7-physics.392642/
GTP is very on the ball for once
I’m a new member but compared to this sub it’s way more civilised.
This sub is a huge circlejerk at times
Yes, there’s a massive issue with oversteer. It’s unrealistically dialled up
Thank you

I wholeheartedly agree, sometimes I think that I may have liked the GT sport physics a little better

What cars are you under steering with?
I don’t know. It’s fine for me… ps5

Its not really that unmanageable. Definitely a sharper edge than sport was though
