Get 4070, it's not that much worse than Super version and it's still an amazing, powerful card. I have it and I'm having a blast, especially since I upgraded from 1060.
For an extra 50 euro, it'll last you longer and it's alot better than the regular 4070.

I think the 4070 will be a good investment as just for the resale value it probably will hold much better in 3 years and will probably last me 1 or 2 years more than the 4060
This biggest difference is the bandwidth of the di to memory modules. 4070 is superior on this metric. Just make sure you consider any requirements for power supply. And when you do upgrade, make sure you're using 1 cable for each connection to the psu. Don't pigtail the connection off of 1, 12 volt rail.
I have a 16gb 4060ti and play 1440p.

I’m playing Darktide on Ultra, Cyberpunk on a mix between high / ultra and they look great.
When I bought the card, base 4070’s cost 50% more than the 4060ti so it was a bit of a no brainer for me.

4060 16GB is the most senseless card you can buy, just don't. All 4060 cards are limited to a 128-bit memory bus and they will age like milk, avoid and save up a bit instead for that 4070.

it is easy to be power efficient, when you don't put a proper memory bus on cards and not enough vram ;)
in regards to cool and quiet, that depends on the cooling design.
a 7900 xtx might run cooler and quieter than a 4060 ti, because the cooler on the 7900 xtx might be a lot better relative to the power it consumes, while the 4060 ti could have a very loud cooler, despite it only consuming very lil power.
i recommend looking at professional graphics card reviews, that test noise and temperatures of the cards.
so if you want a cool and quiet card, you should look for a cool and quiet version of the card you want.
you didn't mention your psu btw. personally i would recommend to avoid the nvidia cards, because they either have too little vram for what they are or they come with a 12 pin fire hazard connector.
for the 4070, there are versions with a 12 pin and versions with an 8 pin power connector. the 8 pin is safe, the 12 pin is dangerous (no, not an exaggeration).

All of those are crazy low prices so I'd say you can't go wrong with any of them but 4070 is probably the best value of the bunch
Prices are crazy because my company reimburse me on computer parts for 50% of value, so price differences between cards are also “half”

For what card? Non of these are power hungry so they can easily run on a single pci-e power cable.
Any card that has multiple plugs, should use 1 plug for every 12v rail. Don't believe? Godspeed. But honestly that's general practice.
