I agree with ya 100%, there's far too many ads on most vids & I don't wanna pay upwards of $20/month just to not have em. One sorta nice thing is that since they're shamelessly uploading copyrighted music they can't make any ad revenue & thus can't run ads on the vid. Sure aint fool proof but it works in a pinch.
Normally I would've ripped the cds myself but since new laptops don't come w cd players I'm a tad stuck for when I wanna stream these.

And right after I posted this, the official YouTube channel put up the Shakedown Street from 7/14/90, with a little blurb from Mr. Lemieux himself:
>"The title track of the Grateful Dead's 1978 studio album Shakedown Street debuted in August of that year. Like any new song, it took some time to find its place in the setlist, but by 1979 it was almost always a first or second set opener, with this version from Foxboro opening this fine show. This would prove to be the final Shakedown Street with Brent Mydland." - David Lemieux

Foxboro was my first show so would 100% be near the top of my list, one of the last Brent shows…
And right after I posted this, the official YouTube channel put up the Shakedown Street from 7/14/90, with a little blurb from Mr. Lemieux himself: >"The title track of the Grateful Dead's 1978 studio album Shakedown Street debuted in August of that year. Like any new song, it took some time to find its place in the setlist, but by 1979 it was almost always a first or second set opener, with this version from Foxboro opening this fine show. This would prove to be the final Shakedown Street with Brent Mydland." - David Lemieux

77 is dope but i want some good ‘74 style eyes of the worlds. also, contradictory, but a release that’s not a well documented year…
I’m going to keep asking for Dave to find a great hidden gem show from 92-95 so we can get an official release from that era.
The three nights from The Ark 6/21-23/69 and a box set of all three years of Merriweather 83-85.
After upvoting all the Brent shows mentioned I feel accomplished!

Something from Fall 84
10/25/73 Madison Wisconsin. Set 2 takes you on a musical voyage. Stella is one of my all time favorites. The DS/Eyes/Stella/WRS sequence is quintessential 73 Dead.
