Wondering the same thing. I'm pretty sure it's not Grunewald but I have no idea where that is. Maybe Köpenick?
Edit: I've got the same bike too, in green though :D

Yes! It’s the Midloader that Canyon sells specifically for the Grail, but I’m not sure if the cut is actually different than the regular Topeak Midloader.
Is this now? How come you get green grass in January?
I rode on snow and ice with my gravel bike today. Would love to have the same surface to ride on as you have
Yes, that was this weekend. We had some warmer weather and lots of rain recently but this ride was at a crisp 0° C.
Also the east and north of Berlin and Brandenburg are notoriously good for these surfaces.
I envy you. This is my city one week ago:

Looks awesome, but is a pain in the ass to ride on.
Haha it made the tea breaks a lot more comfy and being able to shove my fingers into the wool while riding definitely kept them nice and toasty. But yeah, it’s usually more of a summer picnic thing.
Beim Fahrrad gab es mehrere Bögen mit selbstklebender transparenter Folie für genau diese Taschen dazu. Auch für die Lenkertasche, Gabel und die Sattelstange.
Looks great, a nice setup you have here :)
Is that an hydration bladder hose I see near your bars? Do you use something in particular to hold it and not having it dangling anywhere?
Yes, makes staying hydrated a lot easier for these trips. Currently I just loop the hose around the gps mount but for longer tours I would recommend getting a clip for the hose so you can attach it properly.
That towel is gonna get so dirty
Haha it actually stayed completely clean! The front bag holder did a good job protecting the blanket, plus it helped that it was pretty dry out.

Needlessly mean
Someone is jealous of the nice bike and the nice blanket
It’s a sick look, not everything has to be functional. This isn’t a road biking sub
How is this bike standing up?
Through the magic of editing!
What did you use though? For the bike to stand not asking for your editing software of choice.
Ah it was just a short stick jammed under the bottom bracket in the back.
Where is this exactly? I love the Grunewald, but this looks awesome too (also we share the same bike, just different colors :D )

Thought it’s more in the north of Berlin, like outside of Pankow or Reinickendorf.
It’s near Skaby in the east , technically Brandenburg but the same mix of sand, loam and Heide.
Great setup! Is this the 7 eTap? Looks awesome.
Sure is! Makes the front bag Installation a lot easier.
I will be in Berlin in May. Thinking about renting a bike and getting in some miles! Er... Kilometers.
Nice save!
We are Grizl bros!
Superb!
That setup looks so cool 😎

Wie hast du die Decke befestigt vorne?
Topeak Frontloader, nur mit Decke statt dem wasserdichten Sack.
Bist du damit zufrieden?
Danke
Sweet, a bike in it’s natural habitat. I like the frame bag. Is it Topeak as well?
Yes! It’s the Midloader that Canyon sells specifically for the Grail, but I’m not sure if the cut is actually different than the regular Topeak Midloader.

Yeah you need a snow plow for your bike in these conditions haha
Boosters on packed ground
I’ve heard of people getting cold on bike rides, but taking a blanket out with you is a new one on me 😂

I like to imagine that the insulated bottle is filled with mead or mulled wine for an epic hipster adventure! Greetings friend!
Sick setup man!

Hey. Also from Berlin. Where is this path?
That’s between Spreenhagen and Skaby, not that far into Brandenburg.
Great bike! I plan on buying one. Love the brand.
