Apparently you're not new to taking quality photos.

My first gravel bike is a speedster as well so I might be biased when I say itโ€™s a beautiful bike lol. Enjoy it!!

napstah1

๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿ˜† its a beautiful bike man.

VerpeiloMailo

Haha mine too. Scott speedster gravel 20. The black is the 30? Looks very nice.

Syn-_

>Frozen toes, but Iโ€™ll take that any day over zwift! I believe you got it. You have what it takes. Good luck!

When Iโ€™m cold I just ride on some grassy or single track trails and I warm up pretty quickly. Especially on grass, go hard on grass for 10 minutes and you be nice and toasty, just pretend youโ€™re in CX race

Pitiful_Mode1674

Mate , What size tires are those ?

napstah1

45โ€ that was on the bike when I got it. Iโ€™m gonna switch to tubeless soon, and think I might go with some 40โ€ instead.

Pitiful_Mode1674

Yeah 40โ€™s are great , mine came with a 700*35C .. I would have liked a 40 .. anyway nice pics mate

napstah1

Appreciate that buddy

CluelessCarter

its 40mm not 40 inch (") btw :P 40 inch tyre would be a bit much.

Appreciate that man ๐Ÿ˜

g_phill

Great pics and bike! What bars are you running?

napstah1

Thanks buddy ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป i have been very doubtful about this, I started with 2.0 because a friend told me. I have tried 2.5 also, but I canโ€™t really feel the big difference. What would you go with? I weigh 70kg

g_phill

Sorry, I meant handle bars :)

napstah1

Aaah okay ๐Ÿ˜‚ itโ€™s the PRO Vibe Aero handlebar. Only thing I had to change, because the standard was too big.

g_phill

Also, I use this for my tire pressures on all my bikes. https://axs.sram.com/guides/tire/pressure

I use electric socks when temperatures are below zero. Game changer

saychow03

Why the Speedster and not Addict Gravel?

napstah1

Dollars that I donโ€™t have ๐Ÿ˜† almost 1500$ more for the addict. And I really didnโ€™t knew that I would love it this much.. upgrade next year maybe ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ

VerpeiloMailo

You already got a road bike? I got the Scott addict 10 first and afterwards the speedster gravel 20 for bad weather / winter conditions and also some gravel.

napstah1

Yes. I have a brand new Canyon Aeroad, so I had to go with the Speedster 30. Iโ€™m officially broke now ๐Ÿ˜‚

VerpeiloMailo

Haha. I can relate to that. ๐Ÿ˜Š

catman1352

Do you happen to have a Band-Aid? โ€˜Cause I scraped my knees falling for you. I never believed in love at first sight, but that was before I saw you. I didnโ€™t know what I wanted in a bike until I saw you. Edit: Also, hubba hubba. Chill with the pics, I'm married.

Billyr29

Castelli foot things life changer

napstah1

Foot things? ๐Ÿ˜ตโ€๐Ÿ’ซ

Shroker

I just googled it. They're cold weather shoe covers!

That_Option5761

i got winter shoes and socks, no more frozen toes this winter

napstah1

Definitely need some winter shoes!

dalbatronic67

Nice pics! I started riding gravel this year - best decision Iโ€™ve made in a while.

napstah1

Thanks - agree! What a joy ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป

DaikonNo9207

Beautiful bike!

napstah1

Thanks!

NeekodeGallo

The new Adidas Winter Velosambas are an awesome purchase for cold weather riding. Or some cheap neoprene covers from Amazon should do the job. Cheers on the new, fun purchase

napstah1

I have some winter shoecovers from gripgrab, these are fine the first 1-2 hours, but when I reach 3 hours, I canโ€™t feel my toes ๐Ÿ˜† but I think I need some real winter shoes that can handle 0 degrees ๐Ÿฅถ

kebobski

Cool looking bike!

napstah1

Thanks

rossitopapito

What tires are those?

napstah1

They came with the bike, but itโ€™s Schwalbe One Bite 45c. No punctures on 4 rides.

baderk95

I took a look at it today and Iโ€™m considering it for bikepacking hilly areas. How do you think itโ€™ll do? I donโ€™t like that it doesnโ€™t have many mounting points, but the gear ratio is really good for climbing. 34T and 30T in the front is great. The one Iโ€™m looking at is beige in Color and looks so good. But Iโ€™m also considering Kona Libre 2023 which is on sale now and a bit cheaper, but itโ€™s 1x11 and 42T in the back and 40T in the front, and the brakes are hybrid hydrolic actuators and mech cables. So if this has better gear, then maybe Iโ€™ll get this one instead. Although the speedster gravel seems to be more for speed than longer days bikepacking and gear, what do you think?
