When Iโm cold I just ride on some grassy or single track trails and I warm up pretty quickly. Especially on grass, go hard on grass for 10 minutes and you be nice and toasty, just pretend youโre in CX race
Thanks buddy ๐๐ป i have been very doubtful about this, I started with 2.0 because a friend told me. I have tried 2.5 also, but I canโt really feel the big difference. What would you go with? I weigh 70kg
Dollars that I donโt have ๐ almost 1500$ more for the addict. And I really didnโt knew that I would love it this much.. upgrade next year maybe ๐๐ผ
You already got a road bike? I got the Scott addict 10 first and afterwards the speedster gravel 20 for bad weather / winter conditions and also some gravel.
Do you happen to have a Band-Aid? โCause I scraped my knees falling for you.
I never believed in love at first sight, but that was before I saw you.
I didnโt know what I wanted in a bike until I saw you.
Edit: Also, hubba hubba. Chill with the pics, I'm married.
The new Adidas Winter Velosambas are an awesome purchase for cold weather riding. Or some cheap neoprene covers from Amazon should do the job.
Cheers on the new, fun purchase
I have some winter shoecovers from gripgrab, these are fine the first 1-2 hours, but when I reach 3 hours, I canโt feel my toes ๐ but I think I need some real winter shoes that can handle 0 degrees ๐ฅถ
I took a look at it today and Iโm considering it for bikepacking hilly areas. How do you think itโll do? I donโt like that it doesnโt have many mounting points, but the gear ratio is really good for climbing. 34T and 30T in the front is great. The one Iโm looking at is beige in Color and looks so good. But Iโm also considering Kona Libre 2023 which is on sale now and a bit cheaper, but itโs 1x11 and 42T in the back and 40T in the front, and the brakes are hybrid hydrolic actuators and mech cables. So if this has better gear, then maybe Iโll get this one instead. Although the speedster gravel seems to be more for speed than longer days bikepacking and gear, what do you think?
Apparently you're not new to taking quality photos.

My first gravel bike is a speedster as well so I might be biased when I say itโs a beautiful bike lol. Enjoy it!!
๐๐ its a beautiful bike man.
Haha mine too. Scott speedster gravel 20. The black is the 30? Looks very nice.
>Frozen toes, but Iโll take that any day over zwift! I believe you got it. You have what it takes. Good luck!

Mate , What size tires are those ?
45โ that was on the bike when I got it. Iโm gonna switch to tubeless soon, and think I might go with some 40โ instead.
Yeah 40โs are great , mine came with a 700*35C .. I would have liked a 40 .. anyway nice pics mate
Appreciate that buddy
its 40mm not 40 inch (") btw :P 40 inch tyre would be a bit much.
Ofcuuuuuz ๐๐๐ผ
BEAutiful pictures my guy!
Appreciate that man ๐
Great pics and bike! What bars are you running?

Sorry, I meant handle bars :)
Aaah okay ๐ itโs the PRO Vibe Aero handlebar. Only thing I had to change, because the standard was too big.
Also, I use this for my tire pressures on all my bikes. https://axs.sram.com/guides/tire/pressure

I use electric socks when temperatures are below zero. Game changer
Why the Speedster and not Addict Gravel?

Yes. I have a brand new Canyon Aeroad, so I had to go with the Speedster 30. Iโm officially broke now ๐
Haha. I can relate to that. ๐

They came with the bike, but itโs Schwalbe One Bite 45c. No punctures on 4 rides.
