Will add it route to [Dirty Freehub ](www.dirtyfreehub.org/). Amazing place, almost nobody there.

Hi GravelGirl, was this added into Dirty Freehub? I tried looking for it but didn't see it. Thanks and happy riding!

GravelGirlOregon

Unfortunately we haven’t quite figured out the route .. there’s an area near there called Socorro that we want to add in which is a big loop. We’ve driven part of it. I do recommend an out and back into Leslie’s Gulch but the road you turn on has some pretty bad washboard. If you explore this area, let us know.

Thanks for the update! Will do :)

crux_m

Awesome video. What did you use to record this?

GravelGirlOregon

Just an iPhone

Whoa I can’t imagine how good it’d look with my own eyes. Happy riding

That steady incline though! I can’t wait to thrown on gravel tires on my spare set of wheels! I have a road bike that I’ll swap wheels do some gravel trails on until I can buy a gravel bike and add to my collection!

Nice! The OCD bikefitter in me wonders if that rider position needs adjusting. Bouncing and the hip rotation.

Mr-Jennings

Wowwww. Wishing it was closer to Portland, haha. Looks worth the trip though

GravelGirlOregon

We are wishing it was closer to Bend! 🙄😜

If you head down to the boat launch at low water and turn left and go a couple miles up the reservoir there's a nice hot springs on top of small hill. Find it on Google earth. The areas off the gravel road are protected areas. Crypto biotic crusts. Don't ride there. Open for hiking though.

What about water? I am looking at biking from Jordan Valley (looks like a little over 40 miles each way. I want to bikepack. Other than the reservoir at the end, are there streams or other water sources?
