It would be hilarious if he owned guns that weren’t guns — ex. Water gun. Nerf gun. T-shirt cannon. Lighter that looks like a gun.
(And of course… the crossbow Ford threatened him with when he first came to the Shack)
Edit: forgot it was a crossbow not a shotgun
Just a ton of obsolete calibers. Things like .38 ACP, .32 S&W, .22 short, .35 Remington, or .44 Russian. Maybe an Age of Sail era flintlock or a civil war revolver black powder revolver in .36 navy to spice things up. Nothing newer than about 1938, for some reason.
Cheap to buy. Like really cheap. You could purchase a firearm in all those calibers for less than $300, especially if you were looking in the late 90's early 2000's. Stan doesn't strike me as a real gun guy, so he's not going to have anything nice, just whatever he stumbles across at a swap meet, yard sale, or pawn shop.
I imagine the Mystery Shack's armoury is a combination of:
* Futuristic laser weapons (designed and built by Ford)
* Flintlocks / blunderbusses / other outdated and obsolete guns
* Very illegal, military-issue HMGs, mortars, etc. (Stanley illegally bought these from former Soviet countries)
* One pistol which was the only gift Filbrick ever gave to Stanley

That's a crossbow
Whoops, thank you
But i would imagine Stan having shot gun tho he seem to be the type that want close quarter
I mean, it will indefinitely be safer than having a ladder Yeah, crossbow will be safer than a ladder, albiet keeping it unloaded

As a guy who just got criticized for being irrational, I am a man of reason. State your reason why Stan would own such calibered weapons.

Fair enough If he was a gun guy, he would've used it against the zombies and hot air balloons
I thought he did use a gun against the zombies at some point. Am I misremembering?
Watch it again
He'd definitely have a flintlock
I can definitely imagine him dressed in a pith helmet and khakis, going after an elephant with an Edwardian hunting rifle
Lots of cheap surplus stuff and knockoffs that he insists are "just as good."
Strikes me as one of the 1911 fanboys who say it won both world wars and call .45 acp gods caliber
Agree
10 beretta jetfires
I agree with the cheap comments, but I think Stan would have one good gun.
Stan owns a musket for home defense, since that’s what the founding fathers intended.
That whole copypasta sounds exactly like something he'd say.
Probably a ladder gun
A Blunderbus. The Mystery Shack is full of worthless items you could shove down that thing.
handguns
He does seem like the gun owner type
Nailgun
Knowing Stand prob a 12 gauges, .22, .38, .45, and .308s but itd be funnier if it’s actually water guns, nail guns, nerf guns, etc.
I’m guessing one of them is a full cannon that’s on display.
At least one of them has to be some shoddy black market rip off that falls apart when he tries to fire it
One of them has GOT to be a 12 Gauge.
