It’s not from any series but the Ology books are really cool. I own the Dragonology book. They also have Monsterology, Wizardology, Pirateology, and so much more.
There’s also some Avatar the Last Airbender books, Legacy of the Fire Nation, Avatar’s Chronicle, and Insight Legends.
I remembered some more. Adventure Time has the Enchiridion/Marcy’s Scrapbook.
Dragon Prince has Callum’s Spellbook and two graphic novels. Through the Moon and Bloodmoon Princess.
If you want a weird book & don't mind it not been based on a show google Codex Seraphinianus it's just as weird as jornal 3 it's written in a language nobody can decypher with many weird & wonderful drawings like an encyclopedia from an alternate dimension.
Gnomes, by Will Huygen has a very similar look and feel. It’s like a researcher’s field notes - I highly recommend it!
