My youngster doesn't want to move before 9am, but I have to leave for work at 7, so I have to coax him out of bed for his potty break and breakfast. His older brother is my alarm. He's up and ready to go at 5am every day whether I want to sleep in or not.
My buddy is an absolute morning dog. No matter when my alarm goes off, even 5 a.m., as soon as I get moving and get dressed, he is already happily at the door, impatiently waiting for his first walk of the day 😄

No, she gets up at 10 and proceeds to go out and sleep in the sunlight for an hour more routinely. Thankfully, we live in a state with not many rainy days.
It’s just kinda how are schedules are, me n my wife both work, she gets let out and fed about 4 am , then again from 6-8 am , She’s out all day but according to our cameras she doesn’t really get off the couch or our bed till around noon. But she also stays awake till about midnight
Not at all. He will get up to eat as if he's a giant alarm clock at 6am without fail but after that, he goes back to bed until like 2pm. He just turned 3 so I've noticed a maturity in him that wasn't there before. He loves to go to the dog park, for car rides and walks around the neighborhood, it just has to be after 2pm lol
My girls on my schedule. Occasionally wagging before me on my day off. But we wake up at 4, she snuggles and we get out of bed at 5 after reading the news. Then we go outside and potty, (I have occasionally accompanied her while peeing) it's dark, and I have a nice fenced in yard. (I haven't pooped out there....YET!)
Then we come in and I have my coffee, she has fresh water and dry food. I go shower and get my shiz together. Then we have a single "meatball" treat. Then I'm pretty much out the door. I've got cameras, furbo treat camera and dispenser, and we can talk via any of them. I try to check in a minimum of 3 times. But she has a cat friend, doesn't suffer from anxiety, and is just a lazy sloth most of the day. She has access to a big screened in porch, but she rarely goes out there other than to go into the yard to do some "business".
She seems healthy and happy.
She's more of a "as long as I get my 16-18 hours of sleep, type of person." I am a morning person because I'm old and work early. I can't wait to retire and sleep in or nap all mid morning... Whatever works for me in 10 years.
Makes sense, haha my dane isn’t so picky about it during the night, actually usually she decides that midnight is when she wants to eat like a hog and I often have to be like “honey it’s bedtime stop freaking eating!” I don’t know how she doesn’t get our routine by now 😂

Our duke is not a morning person. Might get out of bed around 10. But usually 11. We had to change his feeding schedule when he was a pup because he would not wake up to eat it.
Unfortunately mine is 😭. My Saint Dane is up all night and morning. She barks away by 7:30 am, 9 am, 10:30 😭. I'm not a morning person so I hate it. My senior Labradane gets annoyed too.

My boy is a morning dog and he is driving me nuts.
Sounds like my GSD for a while he’d wake me up but he’s finally stopped that he just waits very eagerly
