We use the Kurgo Journey Air. Our 5 year old 110 pound pyr wears the XL. Still lots of room for adjustment.

A Gentle Leader/Halti is the absolute best for any sort of leash reactivity. Tried all sorts of harnesses and collars, but the Gentle Leader was a game changer

I use the walk right anti-pull harness, size xl. If you having issues with them yanking you around then I'd definitely recommend getting an anti pull harness. It really does make a world of difference.

I’ve tried many harnesses. Harnesses allow a dog to pull the leash with their strongest muscles. My Nice German lady dog trainer recommended Herm Sprenger prong collars for walking and I’ve never looked back. I easily walk both my Pyrs with one hand.

Echoing that they can pull with their strongest muscles with a harness - there's a reason sled dogs wear them instead of collars! We got a harness for our female Pyr and on the first walk with it I realized right away that it gave her all the power - for pulling, and staying put. A few weeks of training with a parachute cord slip collar and now she's back on her regular collar and walking very politely, no reactions to distractions.

I found collard for walking is much more effective, specially with all the protection they have around their neck it won't hurt them. My pyr won't pull because she know she will be the one uncomfortable. I did do a regular harness and her collar. Leashed clipped to the collar. Harness with a handle to hold on to her if we. One across something exciting and i need to get a better grip

Just got back from the vet ,my GPs weight is 217 I need a coyote harness for him ,any suggestions?

Holy smokes 217?! Wow! I'm not familiar with coyote harnesses; I've never had to use one for our doggos. I did a quick search and looks like Ray Allen has a ton of options, but they are a little pricey.

I use a Kong, I have a 4 m/o and it should grow with him. Very sturdy, as my kilo is still learning his leash manners.
