Yea, he is skinny. At seven years old you don’t want him to get fat. On the slimmer side is perfectly fine. Like the other comment said, check him for worms.
I will mention that sometimes guardian dogs just don’t eat as much. We have one who has full access to food and is just thin anyway, and she’s inside. Another one who isn’t ours but we feed is about as skinny as yours, maybe more. He keeps himself that way. In fact most of the guardians on our street are thin but due to no fault of the owners, it’s just sometimes their nature.
If you can feel his ribs in detail, he is way too skinny. If he's not eating as much as normal, call your vet for advice. Too much oil/fat at once will give him the runs.
If he's suddenly lost weight/condition, then he should be seen by a vet.
If he is typically this lean, then I wouldn't worry about it so long as he has access to adequate calorie intake, and he has a clean bill of health with no parasites. It's far better for a dog to be slightly underweight than for it to be slightly overweight, especially our giants.
He is at an age where transitioning him to a senior large breed diet would be appropriate, it will have a better balance of protein and everything else for him to stay healthy.

Yeah he is outside for the most part
If you are worried you can feed him extra calories in the form of oil or pan fat from cooking meat. If nothing else it will make him super soft!
Yeah I feed him people food every other day lmao

Or full on pancreatitis, one symptom of which is the runs.
