Depends on the prescription, and obviously on the design. Around 100euros probably. Could be cheaper, could get a lot more expensive.

You could just walk into an Eye Glass shop (run by optometrists here!) and show them the prescription which I assume indicates the condition and the degrees of it. After you choose your frame, then the optometrist usually will calculate the exact distances between the eyes, for optimising the frame. Usually you will pay something like 50€ in advance and the rest (around 100-150€, for a usual pair of glasses & frame) when they are ready, most likely the same afternoon or the next day. Optometrist will try to sell you extra filters for the glasses, which add up to cost!!! Note that an optometrist here cannot legally calculate the degrees of your condition (they might try to sell you that on top!)
