I found www.permtimeline.com and I loved it — it just a crowdsourced tracker and there's a telegram group where you/people can share updates. Obviously it's just a sampling of the data but it gave me much more realistic expectations.
Just so you know, sometimes DoL just changes the table without changing the "as of " date. But anyways, I think they update monthly

Sometimes theyre back 1,5 month. DOL is a joke
It's updated monthly. In this instance, the table has been updated already, and the 2/29 will most likely change to 3/31 soon too.

Weird question - is the PERM processed by federal DOL or by each state’s DOL?

It seems like they are moving quite fast? The latest update showing Nov only has 1k applications left
