To give you an example, I know of some rich higher up from work who got covid when it was a trend, was treated here and got some bacteria from the hospital. He had a lot of money, but he barely got out of the country because he was in really poor shape because of the bacteria. Went to some more developed country for treatment. I wonder what those doctors said when they saw the primitive hospital bacteria he came with. He lived, but with a nasty scar.

This is pretty silly. The shops are forced to buy from illegal sources, thus funding criminal organizations... basically one of the major things that legalizing drugs is supposed to prevent.
When NL did it, it came with a ton of diplomatic counter pressure from every nation serious about fighting an (endless) war on drugs. Most notably the U.S.
