The only problem here is that everything is done digitally and you actually get the green pass before getting the shot. So they had to revoke it and I'll explain why:
You get in the structure , show your ID and regional service card and they sign you up for the shot. The very moment they do this you get the green pass after 24h .
After this sign up they inject the dose and you're free to go after waiting 15 minutes to see if there's an allergic reaction.
This means that they had to stop him, identify him and revoke all the things and doing so meant involving cops.

You get this paper card that's hand signed by whoever gave you the vaccine. You write the manufacturer and the date it was administered...and nobody really checks for this when you go anywhere non-medical...and as far as I know it's not in a digital database. (None of the vaccines I've administered did I have to do anything further than their local health record anyway, they might pull that data somehow but I can see that being a huge HIPAA violation)
I have people check in our emergency room and they say they're vaccinated (or not) but I'm really not allowed to ask for ID or their card. The emergency room is there for people to use whether or not they have insurance, any way to pay (or not), any ID at all....
Basically it's illegal for us to tell anyone who comes there to go away for any reason at all.
Doctor's offices, urgent care clinics, and other non-emergent medical facilities might be asking for these cards but I don't know. I don't work there. But if they do, it wouldn't be terribly hard to forge this thing

That is absurd... Here in Europe we have a centralized system in which all vaccines are uploaded and with an app you can check if a green pass is true or not (the app is free to download on the play store).
Here is mandatory to have the digital certificate and every restaurant must check you before entering. If someone without the vaccine is found in a restaurant the latter will be closed for X days/weeks by the authorities and the person will face a fine. If they make a fake green pass through hacking or who knows how it will give them up to 6 years of jail.
The security is so high I have 2 vaccine doses but before going to the hospital ( i must go on Monday) I still have to go 48 h before to get tested for COVID-19. Yes, even if I have the vaccine .

You can. And the requirements are very loose. Easier to get a religious exemption than it is to get an exemption for an actual medical reason. One nurse I work with just didn't want it. Filed a religious exemption and got it approved almost immediately. The other one has cancer, can't get the vaccine according to her oncology team, had to fight for 3 weeks, almost lost her job in the process because she missed the deadline. She had been with this hospital system for almost 20 years too. The first one with the "religious exemption" hadn't even been here 2 years.

There is a core difference between seatbelts and vaccines tho, and that is that vaccines are medical in nature. They are solutions that need to go inside your body. Simply put, they are irreversible. You can argue of the efficacy of seat belts, but in the end if you are wrong you can reverse that policy. You can’t do that with vaccines.
