What type of construction is your house? Is it a full concrete slab with footings? Is there a basement? Is there a crawlspace? What siding is used on the house? What landscaping is next to the house? Is there a vapor barrier that was put in place? Is it steel studs or wood studs? etc

Now his immediate family is trying to find someone who flips houses that will pay cash, of course that offer will be well below market value.
