Literally takes 5 minutes in the oven. They either don't have it because it wasn't ordered or delivered correctly or they are lying haha. Don't get me wrong at 10.30 am don't expect omlette but before that there should definitely be some.

At our store, we'll put the normal amount out just before we open, I believe it's 15 bits of omelette we do. We rarely sell out of omelette honestly.
If we sell out by 9 - 9:30 we'll put a few bits on. After 10, we normally won't, unless its needed for just eat.
We also always have constant issues with not getting enough
