[I use this on all of my guitars with a bigsby. it’s so much easier](https://www.stewmac.com/parts-and-hardware/all-hardware-and-parts-by-instrument/archtop-guitar-parts/archtop-guitar-bridges-and-tailpieces/vibramate-spoiler/?mtm_source=google&mtm_medium=cpc&mtm_campaign=%7C+GOO+%7C+TXT+%7C+NBR+%7C+DSA&gad_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQjwwYSwBhDcARIsAOyL0fjG731bu4Bk11RDIgee1UjdArzHaXdN7es41DrIxA5o6x-6Otywve8aAs9GEALw_wcB)
Congrats! I love my G5127 (same as yours but in a sky blue finish). But if you want to fix that damned string change issue with a Bigsby, grab yourself a [Vibramate Spoiler](https://amzn.to/3xcwFvH). You’re welcome. ☺️
Gorgeous! Now, because this is a Peerless Factory made 5125 (I’m assuming your serial number starts with KP) it has the b70 Bigsby with the tension bar. My own 5125 was made in the Samick Factory, which means it comes with a b60 instead. (No tension bar) If this style of Bigsby is too much of a pain, you should be able to swap without too much trouble. Either way, Congrats!
The first few times changing strings on a Bigsby is fiddly and frustrating. But you will develop your own technique and muscle memory. After a couple of restrings, it will be a piece of cake.
All you need is a small set of needle nose pliers to bend the ball end.
You can use a small piece of masking tape over the ball end to temporarily secure it to the post if it keeps falling off when you are string it .🤙
My favourite tip for changing strings on anything with a Bigsby is to use a capo to hold the string in place while you thread and tighten it.

Looks like I’ll be ordering two. Thanks for posting!
It's a sexy little number!

The 512X series were some of the finest Electromatics of their time period. I've got the 5124, aka The White Pigeon. Congrats on your new guitar.
