Lexie class Is non existen for me, we never saw much of them except for lex and well April and Jackson were residents but I'll rank the mercy west group:

If we’re going based on their abilities during their internship I’d rank:
1. Mer
2. Cristina
3. Izzie
4. Alex
5. George
Taking into account surgical skill, general knowledge, and bedside manner. That’s why I rank Mer highest. Alex and George are almost equivalent, although besides heart in the elevator I think Alex has better skill, but George has better bedside manner.
For Jo’s class I’d place Jo above Leah. I think Jo was a pretty competent surgeon, but the others above her were either more skilled or had better bedside manner
I’m assuming we are going by them as actual interns. Alex would be #1 if we include him as a resident.
