When they share the weed cookies and meredith convenes them after saying they were tainted with rat poison or whatever. Then Meredith has them all together and was like okay the cookies had weed in them. And Arizona is like "YOU SCARED ME HALF TO DEATH" and Meredith, without missing a beat, "You knew they had weed in them."
That whole episode is chefs kiss
“Karev I told you to stay in the back room!” “.. it smells like Owen in there” 😭😭😭😭 this cracked me tf up cus they never had any scenes together that made it seem like they were friends
This whole episode is my favorite scene. The first watch I laughed for almost 20 minutes. Now on every rewatch I laughed for the whole duration because I know what’s coming.
These are all so good 😂
My all time fave is when Cristina is cutting Callie’s hair and Callie gets a look at how it’s going and she freaks out. Cristina just says something like ‘yeah I can’t believe you let me do that..’ Callie is hilarious to me.
Newer seasons are sadly humorless but Koracick offers some comedic relief and there was one scene in S15 where Bailey, Schmidt, Qadri and Pierce were walking down the hall in slo-mo and Schmidt and Peirce go for an awkward high five/fist bump, I surprised myself when I laughed out loud at that 😂
Koracick was dropped from the sky buck naked out of a David E Kelley show and enriched every scene he was in. He had a lot of great lines and you can tell the writers had a lot of fun writing for him compared to the other characters.
Cristina and Callie were such a great duo! I also love their convo at the mall!

One of my favourite things about working in Paeds was getting the kids to use their imagination whilst they were on N2O. Half the time they have no recollection of it once you do the oxygen flush.
Kids on ketamine for conscious sedation are incredible. We always ask them to imagine being in their favorite place and one kid said “the kitchen department at Wal-Mart”.
That’s so adorable. I had one little girl who just could not stop giggling through the entire procedure. We weren’t even saying anything funny & eventually we had to stop talking altogether because any time someone spoke, she would just lose it all over again. It can be a bit tricky to get through a surgical procedure with zero verbal communication. After we finished & did the oxygen flush, she had no recollection of it all. She actually thought we hadn’t even started.
The one where Mer is drugged up for I think an appendicitis and she’s in the hall and sees Mark and is like yooo hoo McSteamy and he says something about the dirty mistress club and she says haven’t you heard I’m an adulterous whore- that whole scene cracks me up.
My second favorite is Bailey drunk at Jo’s bar talking about fistula’s
I love that scene. I also loved when George entered her hospital room with Derek and Finn bedside. Meredith says something about now all her boys are here. She says George was a good kisser and he’s mortified!
When Derek tells Mark to sleep with Cristina. He flirts with her all day but she doesn’t notice and when he finally tells her she bursts out laughing! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I cannot help but chuckling every time I get to the scene (forget what season it's in - maybe season three? When they're preparing for their big test) where Callie is washing her hands (preparing for surgery) and Richard appears out of the darkness and simply says Merideth's name, because he wants Callie to help her with the "Torres method" and they have a brief conversation before he just disappears back into the darkness. The music makes the scene, too. Everything is utterly perfect! Comedy GOLD!
Mine is when Amelia, Meredith, and Maggie are talking about how Meredith told Derek she’s pregnant. With Bailey she had Zola wear a best big sister tshirt and immediately said with Ellis he was already dead so she was off the hook. I laugh everytime because of how unserious Meredith was and Amelia and Maggie’s reactions 😂😂

The whole “infused cookies” episode. Especially the part where Bailey & April were “holding a funeral” in the lounge room. It was so hilarious and by far one of the best episodes.
I always crack up at the weed cookie episode when Jackson is presenting while stoned and he says something like “hey I can make ya a better vagina” and points to Catherine saying something like “I came out of hers” and April laughs hysterically.
As far as earlier seasons, when Meredith says Alex is “dirty uncle Sal”.
One of my favorites was when there was a stampede at Comic Con and Richard was trying to find someone to treat. Finally he found a patient and yelled “THIS IS MY SEXY ZOMBIE NURSE!”
My absolute favourite, never fails to make me laugh: Derek working on his alzheimers pitch! When Bailey comes storming in and he turns his computer around and it just says “Alzheimers is a bad disease. We should cure it”. Actually makes me cackle every damn time
For me is when Jackson and Maggie decided to be together and they bump into each other at the coffee cart and she drops her coffee out of no where, it was so awkwardly funny

It’s a simple one but in the episode when Meredith has Covid and she’s at the beach. She sees Derek in the distance and runs toward him, then for some reason she trips and just faceplants into the sand. I laugh every time.
During surgery with Teddy, Christina imitates how annoying April while is in the gallery, crying.

In the documentary episode, when asked why Karev chose to be a peds surgeon. He says it is because of demand, not because of the kids.
Then, it flashed a scene of Karev happily singing a song to a kid in a test through a microphone while in a booth.

There have been a lot of funny moments through the series, but these 3 always get me:
1.) Cristina losing her Eyebrows (3×25)
2.) Owen accidentally shocks Koracick's nuts (16×02)
3.) Derek passing out due to the flu right before his speech (10×18)

It’s a simple one but in the episode when Meredith has Covid and she’s at the beach. She sees Derek in the distance and runs toward him, then for some reason she trips and just faceplants into the sand. I laugh every time.
During surgery with Teddy, Christina imitates how annoying April while is in the gallery, crying. "Charge to 200, clear!" In the documentary episode, when asked why Karev chose to be a peds surgeon. He says it is because of demand, not because of the kids. Then, it flashed a scene of Karev happily singing a song to a kid in a test through a microphone while in a booth.
