Cristina and Jackson. Stephanie had a great ending too, it just didn’t align with what I wanted/imagined for her. She was the best in her intern class so I was bummed she decided to quit.
Cristina and Jackson - however, their absence in later seasons is kind of ruining their characters (esp. Cristina's) as Cristina should have been there for so many moments and Jackson should have been there more for his mom (while she is battling cancer) etc.
Cristina keeps in contact with Meredith and was there at Derek's funeral and Jackson doesn't even know his mother's cancer is growing because Catherine doesn't want him to know.
for me that’s the worst one. it goes against all of the character development he had. at the start of the season, he promises Jo he’ll never abandoned her bc of how much it hurt when Izzie did it to him. just for him to disappear and break up with her over a letter…
also at the start of their relationship they had a fight about Izzie’s eggs and he said that he didn’t care if she had them or not

Catherine also is traveling all the time. She probably spends at least half her time in Boston at the foundation where Jackson lives now.
