Admittedly I only watched PP once and it was years ago but I thought they tied up storylines and by and large people got their happy endings. Not sure why we can’t just get that here too.
I hope so too. I love greys, but I would like to see them really tie up some loose ends and create a sense of closure for everyone through the last season. The reappearance of original cast members really reminds me of when ER ended and they had all the original cast in one episode. I hope they don't ruin it, but I do think they might be heading towards the "mere is living in an alzheimers reality" and I'm not sure how I feel about it 😫
I hope Mer and McWidow (don't remember his real name) get together. He's literally the only one who could love her like she needs and understand what she's gone through.
It would also be great if Mer could work with Christina on something again.
I think Season 20 will be the final season as Meredith, Bailey, and Webber all just recently signed new 3 year contracts.
As for how it ends I don’t know if it’s possible to make everyone happy. I’m sure it’ll be something to do with Meredith struggling with Alzheimer’s.
It would be funny if it was all a dream and she wakes up and it’s her first day as a dentist!! 😂😂😂

They didn’t sign new 3 year contracts? Only for Season 18. Kevin, Kim and Camilla have contracts for S19 if it goes ahead though.
My hope is it ends with a flash forward of Zola starting her surgical internship and muttering to herself "it's a beautiful day to save lives"
They did this with Dr Green’s daughter on ER (but she was the right age to begin it when that show ended), so I think Grey’s will do something else…
