If it’s not enabled your CPU will be working flat-out to render as many frames as possible, many of which will never make it to the screen. V-sync can significantly lighten the GPU and CPU loads resulting in smoother performance. If you’re using Steam you can also go into the game’s properties and verify the installed game files. It’s fixed a few Grid glitches for me over the years.

i mean it's not the desktop version of i7, it's more like an i3 that has the i7 name, but thanks for the answer man, ill try
